Absolute chaos in this place. The drive thru doesn’t work, so you go inside. There are 6 people ahead of you and when it’s your turn the cashier points to the digital ordering screen and says “use this, we’re trying to get more people to use these,” as he turned around and walked away without taking my order. This store is consistently bad. It’s clear that the issue is how much they’re paying people and how few employees work here. If you pay someone $9/hr, they’re going to give you $9/hr worth of work EVERY hour of their career there. We drove to the Sherwood location, which was quicker but they didn’t give us the chips we ordered, their dr. Pepper had very little syrup, the cheesy fiesta potatoes tasted old and dry and totally inedible and my cheesy bean and rice burrito was about 2/3rds the size it usually is. Same price though. 4/5 items I paid for that were inedible or I feel cheated on. If I could give zero stars 0/5, I would because the one star they got for the one item was negated by the experience at the first store and the 4 or so mile commute to this other location. Nearly $15 down the toilet.

I have to wait long intervals between visits because there’s no consistency aside from the inconsistencies in products and...

Well, I used their online curbside to go to order, which I have to say was very user friendly & accommodating. However it gives me the option to go through the drive through or walk in to pick up in store, which I gotta say totally negates the purpose of curbside pickup to start with. So I select pick up in store, because my entire reason for ordering online was to avoid the after 9pm Taco Bell drive thru line that’s notoriously known for its 30 minute wait. I get there in 10 minutes (approximately 10:15 pm) The website said allow for 8 minutes food prep time. The door is locked, so I politely call to say I’m here for my “curbside to go order via pickup at the counter inside” and the guy tells me I’ll have to get in the 11 car long drive through as a “safety precaution” meanwhile another employee unlocks the door I’m standing at (in the rain no less) to let his Buddy out who I could see him inside at the counter with doing who knows what slapshakes his buddy’s hand “later man”& holds his other hand up as if to tell me to stay back. Long story short I waited 25 minutes in the drive through. And my advice is don’t EVER use Taco Bell’s curbside to go, it’s an insulting joke all...

Never try to go here for breakfast ever. I’ve gone on 3 separate occasions to get a breakfast Crunchwrap and I had to leave empty handed. I love their breakfast so much but due to a busy schedule I am limited on time I can actually go out and grab something to eat. The first time I went it was pouring outside so I decided to go through the drive thru and they told me to wait one moment and they could help me. I WAITED 9 MINUTES AT THE SPEAKER and not a single response so I drive up to the window and no one, nothing. The second occasion I decide to go inside and they tell me that due to limited supplies they aren’t serving breakfast at the moment, no big deal I understand. This time the 3rd time, I make sure to get there by 9:30 WITH PLENTY OF TIME as it is CLEARLY STATED online that they serve breakfast until 11AM, and is not posted otherwise, then tell the they “stopped serving breakfast a while ago”. What the freaky Taco Bell?!?! :( I just want my bacon Crunchwrap and Cinnabites. I know I sound like a big back but I’m genuinely upset by this and I don’t think I’ll ever go to this...

I normally NEVER review fast food establishments, however I found this Taco bell to be so excellent, I felt compelled to do so. The establishment was very clean and organized, and I was courteously greeted upon entry. I was cheerfully and helpfully served as I struggled through the menu. The gentleman who brought my food to me from the kitchen was prompt and professional. I was courteously bid farewell upon exiting. So... this was great. However, I do not believe I will patronize Taco bell again, as it is no longer ANY kind of value. NOTHING taco bell serves is worth more than $5 an individual item. NOTHING. Despite this, many items are now well over $5... including some of my favorites such as crunchy wraps. Paying nearly $10 for two items from Taco bell is ridiculous! It is that simple. I get more and better food from just about any other fast food establishment than Taco bell now.

I ordered two nacho cheese deluxe tacos, a burrito, and a crunchwrap supreme. One taco was pure beans with a little lettuce on top, one taco was pure beef with a little lettuce on top, and the crunch wrap supreme was a wonky shape of tortilla wrapped around tortilla...with a little lettuce inside. Zero beef or anything else. Everything was stale and cold. I'm not one to care about the aesthetics aspect, but the rest I can't wrap my head around. I can't imagine someone being so woefully bad at the job to make the items as they were, so I can only assume apathy or someone being high or drunk while working. I reached out about it and have been waiting over a week for their "response". Just save yourself some trouble and go to literally anywhere else, even just a different Taco Bell. Taco Bell on Knickerbocker is apparently prone to just slap stuff together and call it good.
