The rice is often unseasoned. The chips are also often unseasoned and taste stale. The salsas are good. This particular location usually seems understaffed.
When I order delivery, 2 times out of 3 they forget either my fork and napkins, my drink, or my chips. Tonight was the final straw. The delivery driver Sergio forgot my drink, my food was lukewarm, and my chips have some weird sugar syrup all over them. I have no idea what happened to them. See the attached picture.
I reported the missing drink first through the app, but then I tried to report the poor chip quality and the app wouldn’t let me. I called the restaurant and the automated system wouldn’t put me through to the actual store. So I have stale chips covered in sugar syrup that I cannot get a refund for.
Update 4/27/2024 I ordered delivery from this location again and was pleased that all my items made it. I began eating my burrito bowl and found some little incinerated carbon treasures in my food! I pulled them out and put them on my napkin. See the second attached photo.
I’m really trying to stay more positive nowadays so I’ll just wrap it up- this location has lost my trust forever. Imagine scooping whatever these unidentifiable mummified black bits of carbon out of a food container and putting them in a burrito bowl that someone paid for and giving it to that...
Read moreI have been here 3 times. First time, great! Huge burrito bowl, like I have loved for years. The last 2 times, oy vey… the second time, I received a burrito bowl and I thought they had forgotten the rice. I then located a couple grains. It was super cold (ordered online) but apparently their systems were not talking to each other. On my end, my order went through, but they apparently didn’t receive it. This lead to a 30 minute wait in line. I thought the lady gave me steak but it was just burnt chicken 🤢 I decided to try again, but decided I’m going inside. The staff (first gentleman serving rice and beans) was SUPER NICE. The rest of staff looked like they hated their lives. Anywho, I noticed the line ahead kept saying more rice… it was my turn to order. I have eaten Chipotle in my years in Denver, Dallas and just had some week prior in San Antonio. They always give 2 generous scoops of rice… this guy barely did an entire scoop. Which leads to a pretty small bowl. I asked for extra rice, twice, to receive the amount I was used to receiving at this establishment. Overall, I realize and understand this staff is still training but it’s so expensive to not have portion sizes I’m use to at Chipotle. Hoping it gets better because I really do enjoy...
Read moreI cannot believe a business would knowingly construct a fast-casual restaurant with a parking lot that could not accommodate dining parking and the drive-thru pickup. This is week 2 of the restaurant being open, it's slamming busy right now. However, even once the novelty wears off, the problem of traffic flow for what is supposed to be a fast in/out lunch will still be here. What a mess! The ordering line wrapped the dining room and ended at the entrance, but it moved really quickly. My order was correct, and for the most part, just as wonderful as expected with the exception of extremely undercooked rice that was so crunchy it was inedible. I spent several minutes trying to negotiate with drive-thru traffic to get my car out of the parking lot. There were 2 other cars full of people from the base that could not leave either. I hope they can figure out a way to deal with the parking lot issues, but I will not be returning. At a minimum, there are going to be some fender benders and, at worst, someone is going to get ran over because this was so poorly designed and executed. I would much rather go to Rosa's across the street than deal with...
