(*1st trip) DriveThru must be killing these people as they have no patience, nor customer service skills whether vocal or in-person at the window. I'm pretty sure either some can't "math" quickly or count on the register to do it for them. Gave the not professionally dressed associate cash and the required amount in change so as to not get back any coins. Looking quite confused initially, I evetually received in return, the amount from the bills, the change I gave, along with the additional change from the bill. I was also missing 3 sandwiches and chees sauce.
(*2nd trip) Very rude and unprofessionals with no customer service friendly attitude or skill at all, experience here. I drove up to place my order and as I was speaking the man was sighing with an attitude, like I needed to hurry up and finish. I proceeded with my order and was met with poor customer service and a very rude attitude. Some food was room temp.
(*3rd strike - DONE) Worst experience ever so far here. There was no one in the drive-thru and bare minimum inside yet I waited 8 minutes as to have my order taken only to be NOT GREETED as far as customer service by the very rude man at the drive thru who was super abrupt, extremely nonchalant and rushed me through my time trying to place an order. I was trying to ask about adding a different cheese to the already premixed Angus philly, before I was cutoff with," it comes with cheese", but then was told to pull around. When I tried to get his attention through the speaker, he pretended NOT to hear me. When I didn't pullup he finally returned my hellos with a deep sigh like I was bothering him. After continuing to interrupt me with repeatedly telling me to pull to the window, I decidedTHIS Arby's althougharoundthe corner, is no longer worth my time, money or effort and proceeded to drive away. I wonder how long before they're shut...
Read moreThis Arby's has the worst customer service I have ever seen. It is rarely busy yet the employees all have the worst attitude, as of asking for anything to be done to your sandwich outside of the normal is too much work for them. I usually order the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, and I have had it made multiple way by the employees. Sometimes roasted sometimes not. Soni asked the employee one day what the standard was and she responded toasted. On both sides. That is fine for me since that is the way I like it, but then when I opened my order it was not toasted, Soni went back and asked them to toast it. The girl at the counter looked like she hated my guys just for asking and then remade it. I went home and guess what? It still was not toasted, as if the employee did that on purpose. So then I go today and order the same sandwich. Once again I asked if it was toasted on both sides, the employee said yes, as I drive away I check and it isn't toasted at all. Soni go into the store and speak to a very unprofessionally dressed employee, and tell her my issue. She remakes the sandwich and again, it is not toasted. The first time I thought they did that on purpose I let it go but now it is obvious, these employees do things out of spite towards customers. The final nail in the coffin for me and that place was when I called to ask about my sandwich I was hung up on. I will never spend another cent on that...
Read moreI live very near this establishment, and I was really wanting to like the place, but my first experience here will be my last. First, the cashier entered the wrong combo , so instead of the Reuben I wanted, a Brisket Combo was presented to me. A shift manager was out in the dining room and asked "How is everything?" I explained that this is not the sandwich I ordered. She took it back, and not too long of a wait later the General Manager brought out a Reuben. I was hungry, so I dug into it and didn't really care that the Reuben is about $1.50 less than the Brisket I was charged for originally. Although the General Manager insisted what I ordered was more expensive.
About halfway through the sandwich I noticed fibrous bits of fluff all over the bread.
I pointed this out to the general manager (who was standing right behind me the entire time I tried to eat the Reuben). I showed him the stuff you could pick off the sandwich. I did NOT finish that sandwich and asked for a refund. The General Manager went to the back and decided to offer me a STORE COUPON for HALF THE PRICE OF THE REUBEN. the explanation offered was that I'd eaten half the sandwich.
NEVER entering this...
