Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in San Antonio

What a bunch of dumb-dumbs! Not all of them but they know who they are, lazy good-for-nothings. My order was given to me even though it wasn't ready and I had to go up and ask for the rest. I showed some dumb girl my receipt and she said okay, went to the back and threw the receipt away. Employees then proceed to look at me crossed-eyed at me even when I went back to my seat. My friend didn't even receive his food until half a hour later with no apologies or anything. Wasn't even busy and it was a small order. Wrong orders, incomplete orders and a taco with a pinch of meat- no condiments ie lettuce cheese tomatoes etc. Literally a pinch of meat in a broken taco shell. Couldn't get a picture of it because my friend was so Po'ed that he took it straight back to the counter. He asked for a manager and the girl was like "I don't know where he's at". It's a small fast food joint, how difficult is it to find a man that's in charge of you. Scared and lazy. No ownership of mistakes and responsibilities. A couple in line witnessed this and said forget it, they don't have time for this and walked out. And right they were, wise decision. In the end, my friend got a refund and we will not return to this location at all or taco bell for the matter. And yes, I know they're usually a bunch of kids but that's just the beginning of their lives, get your crud together. If you can't get it together then seclude yourself from society, already got a bunch of good-for-nothings, don't...

Well walked in only one customer in the whole building and they already had there food ... no biggie walk up to the counter and start looking at the menu to see what's going on ... by the way they are running a full 8 person crew and not a single person said any type of greetings. .... so I'm still looking over the menu look on the taco bell side look on the Kentucky fried chicken side and back to the taco bell side decided what I wanted and Noone has yet to greet me .... I guess when I started to look out in the parking lot one of the cooks noticed me came up front asked if I been helped yet I said no and then he walks away .. a few moments later what looked like the manager came up and started my whole entry process over said hi asked how I was doing and asked if was to dine in or to go ... everything I should of gotten when I first walked into the place .... so it started looking better ordered a crunchy taco supreme and burrito supreme meal .... before I walk away from the register I had my food ... which led me to believe it was just sitting back there but it's Kool ..... well it wasn't food sucked I think there were two bits of meat between the two of them all lettuce and tomatoes on cold shells ... bummer .... I think they lost my business to Lil ceasers across the street because if I want food that sits around there's are always...

I went through the drive thru for lunch today and ordered a black bean Crunchwrap Supreme with no cheese and no sour cream. It being a black bean one this means there is no meat in it as I am a vegan and don't eat meat or dairy products. The person over the loudspeaker confirmed my order with me correctly and then I proceeded to the window. Another team member confirmed my order with me twice I guess because they were so distracted because it was so busy. However I made sure to confirm with them that I ordered black bean Crunchwrap Surpremes with no cheese and no sour cream. However when I got home and bit into the Crunchwrap it was filled with beef!?! I checked the other one as I ordered two and sure enough it also and beef. This is highly disgusting as I do not eat meat and my order being checked multiple times should have ensured that I received the correct items! On top of being charged for items I didn't order, I now don't even have lunch to eat. I'm so disgusted I won't be returning here again. It's such a shame because this location is also a KFC and I've had nothing but good experiences ordering from them! Oh and I called them to get a refund and tell them about my order but they don't answer, it just...
