This morning is the second morning in a row that I came to this location. Yesterday I came and ordered just a few items, she ended up keeping my change which is like $.30. Irritating but not a bother really. The food is decent, So I went back this morning after I got off of work. The same little lady was working the drive-through. I ordered a couple different items today. She told me my total, I gave her a $20 bill. She had forgotten to charge me for something so I reminded her about that she got confused seriously, confused, And say oh, I’ll just give you back five dollars. She shorted me. Another $.75 today or so. Even more so irritating. I tried to explain to her, but she didn’t understand English that well. So I didn’t get nowhere. I called the location and talk to somebody that’s fairly good English. Explain the situation to this individual. They never said I was sorry or anything. Never said come back and get your change. Nothing I told this individual about both times she had shorted me. I did tell the individual that it wasn’t that much change. But it’s the point that matters, if this locations doing this to me. They’re doing it to every individual that comes through the drive-through think about that?. If you short each individual $.60. And you have 100 customers that day. That’s an extra $60. So is this individual that works the drive-through pocketing that money I have a problem with this. So I told the individual that I talk to you on the phone that I was not gonna be back to the location ever! they simply said OK thank you and hung up the phone. This location is stealing...
Read moreThis is my 3rd or 4th time here, first time inside. I was at the drive thru initially but noticed bees so decided to go inside. Well, the bees had made it inside too. So much so that one had made it into the donuts that are on display at the front counter. I told the lady there are a lot of bees and one is about to get on a donut. She said it happens every year around the restaurants. This was strike 1 (is there not pest control) or you could at least try to keep everything closed off. Strike 2 and 3 were me noticing she used the same gloves to get the food and take money from the person in the drive thru. When she rang my son up (I was only there for him), I asked her if she switches gloves when handling food versus money. Her response was that she changes gloves all the time. Read moreI ordered about 7 items 1 item was a beverage today through grubhub and I get there and the cashier tells me that their out of several items I ordered and basically told me too bad can’t do anything about. I paid about $13 plus I left a $2 tip and all I got was 3 pieces of bread. They had all kinds of donuts and other bottled drinks. They could’ve tried to refund me what I wasn’t abled to get or tried to replace the items with other items they did have available. I get it we’re all going through a rough time with this winter storm but come on now if it was an honest mistake and didn’t have the items available I would at least try to refund the person or try to replace the items with what was available.
