Update 4/13/2021:
The owner of this franchise responded on google telling me to fill out a feedback form to tell them about the abysmal service I received—a month later.
Protip: read my review, owner/GM/whomever, there’s no need to fill out another feedback form. I already complained to BDubs corporate. If you really wanted to address the problems described in my review, you’d just read the original review. It’s very thorough.
If this is her/his idea of service, I can understand why there is so much confusion in this new location.
Too bad I can’t take another star off. Avoid this place at all costs. They don’t care about you at all.

Came here on a weeknight because I saw some signs on the road saying they’re open.
I ordered via the app. Painless process I’ve done a 100 times at other B-Dubs.
The restaurant is small & caters to to-go orders and only has a handful of tables, so don’t expect to come here and sit for a meal.
I got to the restaurant at the prescribed time and they hadn’t fired my order yet. Clearly there is some confusion between the front of the house machine that does the tickets & the cooks in the back. I literally heard them saying we need to get this guy’s order — you know because I’m standing right here.
To be fair, other B-Dubs in the area in usually have this issue too. For whatever reason, they can’t get the timing right.
Since this is a new place, I think they have some kinks to work out but this is a chain so they should have experienced corporate trainers helping get the new location setup. They are extremely backed up right now. Luckily the Spurs are getting crushed because I’m gonna miss the rest of the game.
While I was waiting, someone came in & wanted to place an order and the woman at the register told him that it would take over an hour because they were backed up. He just walked out.
Some other people came back with their order because something was wrong. Turns out they gave folks the wrong order. So the guy brought the food back. They tried to then give that food to another customer of the same name during a pandemic. The woman was like...uh...
Update: still here waiting 30 min after my order was supposed to be ready & one hour since I ordered. Many people came in with problems with their orders which caused the cooks to refire their messed up orders which put current orders further behind.
So, yeah, some kinks to work out.
On the plus side, I’m watching the spurs make a comeback on my phone. They have a TV but it’s on some cheerleading stuff right now.
Cashier is hiding in the back to avoid awkward looks at the line of customers waiting for their orders.
Update: Finally got my order at around 9:00.
To recap: ordered on app around 8:00, it said the order would be ready at 8:30, got to store and paid at 8:25, order still hadn't been fired. If you look on the receipt, they either only fired the wings at 8:48 or that's when it was completed and we had to wait on my potato wedges for 12 min.
Either way it took an hour - 30 min over the time the app said -- for me to get my order. I wasn't the only one.
Never once heard an apology for the wait or even a word from the manager who was in the back of the house. It was a total mess.
I will say that the cookery was decent. The wings were cooked all the way through, if a bit over done, and the potato wedges were fine. You can't really mess up frozen food.
It's 3/17/2021, my advice would be to not go to this location for a couple of months until all the staff--especially the front of the house--has had more time/training.
Also, the Spurs made a marvelous comeback and won. I missed most of it though.
Also, be wary of the 5 star reviews exclaiming how wonderful their service is -- which came in a few hours after my 1 star review. coincidence? i think not. -- without providing any evidence they actually ate...
Read moreI decided to try this location today since it is closer to me than the Alamo Ranch location...big mistake. I ordered online with ease. My order was placed at 9:08 and the time that it said my order would be ready was by 10:00. My order was not ready at 10:00 which was 52 minutes after I placed the order. It still was not ready at 10:20 so I ended up cancelling my order because when I called from my car to check to see how much longer it would be I was told that they had just started on my order. That to me is completely unacceptable. I got my refund and left. I can not speak to the food at this location but I know I would have rather drove the extra time to the Alamo ranch location because they were not prepared at this location at all. No apology offered by management. I will not be back.
Update: 8 months later I decided to give it another try thinking that they would have worked out all the issues of the orders taking long, etc. I regret giving this location another try. Extremely disappointed in the food that I spent almost $60.00 on. We got the Asian Zing wings and they barely had any sauce on them. They looked like naked wings. Fries were really cold and instead of giving ranch that every other BWW locations give, they gave us Marzetti ranch dipping cups that are extremely small. Read moreI've been to this location a few times but never have had the amazing experience I had this past Tuesday. We had the app and an offer to upgrade the normal Tuesday bone-in deal from buy one get one 50% off... to BOGO free. For whatever reason it wouldn't take it (had this happen at the full restaurant few weeks ago too) and immediately the manager came up, apologized and took care of issue without making any excuses or delay. He came in clutch! Dana (I think) upgraded our drink size for the trouble and tossed in a kids drink for our lil one. Food came out extremely fast and super hot that we had to sit and wait for the wings to cool down to even touch. If every experience at BBWs was this way... I'd eat there 3 times a week!!! (More if that buffalo ranch sauce was added to permanent rotation lol)
I know this location has tremendously improved from few months ago and renewed my choice of the 'GO' over the restaurant any day of the week!
