Sophia H.’s Reviews 1.0 star rating The Burger King on 1604 and Potranco is by far the worst establishment you could ever get your food from. The manager named Charlotte whom is a short stocky person is the worst manager I have ever encountered.. We are regretfully disappointed that our experience at this Burger King failed to meet our expectations. The Manager Charlotte demonstrated a lack professionalism and an inability to effectively address customer concerns. Our experience was further marred by the poor quality of the food and found the overall service to be subpar. We have been frequent customers of this establishment, and usually go in the evening after our grocery shopping to feed our family of 7 but the consistent issues we have had with our orders and the unacceptable behavior of the managers have left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. The manager Charlotte was unhelpful when we tried to address the issues we had with our order. My husband tried to explain that our order was messed up and incorrect during our evening drive thru visit. My husband explained that the burgers were smashed, thumb prints were indented into the buns, condiments were missing, the food was cold and when we called to complain, no one would answer which is why we went in. Despite our repeated attempts to resolve the problem, we were met with hostility and disrespect. The manager Charlotte called my husband a liar when we asked for a refund or at the very least to replace the order after having a horrible experience, an incorrect and cold smashed order after shopping for over an hour at the grocery store while we just wanted to pick up a hot meal to take home to enjoy and relax with our family. Then sadly had to discover that we would have to deal with the stress of this inconvenience. When dealing with the manager Charlotte, it seemed as if she just wanted to escalate the situation into an argument to cause a scene and even seemed to enjoyed it in a sickening manner all while I was holding my 1 year old child. She continued to taunt us and we no longer wanted to tolerate her behavior and asked for corporates number just so we didn't have to be around her and her bad energy. The manager Charlotte was giggling at our expense as if she didn't value her position with Burger King. The manager Charlotte behaved as an immature teenager who was upset with us for coming in to get our issues resolved when they haven't been answering their phones. I'm unsure of how this Charlotte person is still employed by any establishment with her poor management and customer service behavior. This establishment is extremely disgusting and ghetto mainly because of their management team. Heavens forbid that they make a mistake with your order because if they do, they will make you feel as if you are to blame and you may as well just deal with it and lose your hard earned money. They will not help you and call you a liar.
We highly suggest that this Burger King location should rehire a new management team, work on improving their customer service and quality control to ensure a more positive experience and to meet the standards of their customers. I would not recommend this Burger...
Read moreI'm so done with Burger King. We hadn't been to Burger King in several months, I'm talking close to six months, because of all the issues. We decided to give this place one last chance. When I pulled in, there was one car parked in the parking lot and no cars in the drive thru. The place was empty. I figured we had a really good chance at getting the order made correctly. Boy was I wrong. I ordered a Junior Whopper meal with onion rings, medium with a root beer and a Whopper meal with ketchup and cheese only, fries, large with a Diet Coke. For starters, the woman over the intercom was barely understandable. Her accent was so thick and she spoke so softly with her mouth so close to the microphone that it was just a horrible combination. I got the order in and pulled around to the first window. I handed her my card, she swiped and handed me back the receipt and my card. She hands me two drinks. She then asked me to pull up to the next window. Now, there was no one behind me. Its not like I was going to hurt their numbers or productivity. So I pulled up. And I waited. And I waited. 15 minutes later they brought me a bag. I opened it to check and it was completely wrong. There was chicken nuggets, a sandwich and two boxes of fries. I told the guy that it was wrong and he asked me if I was sure. Um, yeah I'm sure. I know what I ordered! I even had the receipt that said what I ordered. So he takes the bag back, tells me he'll check and to give him a minute. 8 minutes later another person comes back and asks what I ordered. I showed him the receipt and he walks off. 4 minutes later a woman comes to the window with a bag. She hands it to me and I say "Thank you! Hang on just a second. Can I get the zesty onion ring sauce?" She turns to get the sauce and I check the bag. Two sandwiches, one smaller, one larger, a fry and an onion ring. I take the sauce, thank her again and drive home. Once I got home I handed my husband his Whopper and fries and I take my Whopper Jr. and onion rings. My husband unwrapped his sandwich...only to find lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc....with no ketchup and no cheese. I had asked for "only ketchup and cheese." (I even checked the receipt to be sure.) I am so tired of the long wait and the incompetency of the workers. Our order is never right the first time, which causes our wait time to be even longer. We're officially done with Burger King. Sadly, its not just this Burger King. Every BK we've ever been to has the same issues. Its almost as if its corporate policy to screw up orders, or to make the customer wait ridiculous lengths of time. Avoid BK...unless you like getting someone else's order, waiting for 30 minutes for a cold burger and then getting home to find its still wrong. If you like that, then by all means, enjoy...
Read moreExtraordinary! Extraordinarily on how horrible the experience was. As soon as I pulled up there were only three cars in the drive thru, which likely is a monstrous undertaking for this particular BK. I was told, not asked to "hold up a minute". After a bit I was asked "are you ready yet?" As if I was sitting there stopped in front of the intercom to just kill time. After I ordered a promotional item, the spider verse burger, I was told that the total would be at the first window. I drove up but of course had to wait for the others in front of me to get thier orders as well, normal. Ten minutes pass I get to scoot up to the first window and the cashier hands me two sodas. I ordered only a meal and two sides so I asked why I was being given two sodas. What I assumed had happened that the order somewhere in the line got something similar. I was told that one item was made a meal for me, without me asking. I didn't want to argue and just accepted the extra charge. I was given the receipt and told to pull up. After I moved behind the next car I looked at the receipt and saw the similar but not exact order I had. So I had paid for someone else's order no big deal I would ask about it. 10 minutes later at the next window I was about to be given my order and I asked about the charge. She said "oh, you had the spider verse meal" asked for my receipt and went somewhere for 5 minutes came back and told me there was no more buns for the spider verse meal. Near a half hour my initial placing of an order I was told I couldn't have what I ordered. I was also just given two dollars and told it was the difference. Not shown a receipt not asked to refund to my card. Just given two dollars and expected to trust that it was the difference. Five more minutes I was given a whopper after I was asked if I wanted a burger still. I didn't bother to look inside the bag I really just wanted to get home and eat some leftovers I had, honestly. My initial order was correct on the screen but I ended up with the two sides being a smaller quantity and an OK whopper. I'm the pricing came out to what I paid for but honestly I don't care. $18 bucks for a lesson well learned never come to this particular...
