This used to be our go to Chick-fil-A, it was right around the corner from our house. After the past three experiences, the drive up the road will be well worth getting the Chick-fil-A experience, we all know, love and expect! The first instance, everything was cold, and wrong orders. We called to report it, and was offered to replace it. (We attempted to get our meal replaced a week or so later and was told there was no record of it my call. Our promise to replace the meal.) The second instance, we ordered delivery, upon arrival we were missing the bottles of sauce that were ordered, the fries were half empty and we were missing half our nuggets. Once again, I call. The manager said they were out of the bottle sauces, but sent replacements for the missing food promptly. She said come by anytime and tell them I had called and said she said they would give them to me. This leads to the third incident! TODAY! We go through the drive-thru, we ordered 3 shakes, nuggets and a fry. When we get to the window, i explained the previous incident, the guy went back to the window to talk to the manager, they both said they could not find record of the call, or any notes stating to give the bottles. I even showed the receipt and was told quickly “anything over 2 weeks we do not honor.” (I had surgery recently and was not able to get to the restaurant to get these sauces. Which was told to the manager when I called to tell them they were missing. She said it was no biggie and to come by when i could. ) I attempted to explain that to the guy who was helping me, and he didn’t want to hear that. The order i received today was depressing! The shakes were 1/2 filled with whip cream, fries were old and nasty (during lunch..) and they gave me 1 sauce for 12 nuggets... they used to be an amazing location, sadly not anymore! Just save yourself the headache and go to McDonald’s. YEP! Since the pandemic they have stepped...
Read moreMost people already know that in contrast with many fast food chains, Chick-fil-A's customer service as well as the quality of all its ingredients and sauces is far superior, contains no MSG (monosodium glutamate) and virtually no high fructose corn syrup in any of their salad dressings. The quality of their bread and chicken is up to a higher standard as well. All locations are fairly similar, although some maybe be nicer or larger than others. Chick-fil-A, in general, is a winner despite all the controversy surrounding the views of chairman and executive share holders, with their strict religious views, rigid anti-LGBT perspective (which they have disclosed and admitted to more than once in the past).... their restaurants close on Sundays for (worship day) etc... Of course tattoos and piercings are not allowed... In addition, sources have conveyed that employee hiring is carefully carried out and there is rumor of selectiveness that may be scrupulous, which has brought innuendo, tales and "heresay" that discrimination and foul play is at the heart of all of it from the very top, to the regional management, passed down to each location in the form of prejudgement, selectiveness and other practices.... or is it? I don't believe word-for-word everything that is out there, and none of it stops me from eating their food ... Chick-fil-A is excellent, and their staff is very friendly and respectful... I have nothing but great things to say about them, but as an impartial, honest and genuine citizen and reviewer, I could not leave lots of this information out; it is relevant and I make emphasis that none of their views have affected me going and enjoying Chick-fil-A. We are here to review their food, friendliness of their staff, customer service, and cleanliness of their locations. Chick-fil-A...

On 11-11-2020 at around noon, my wife ordered our lunch on line Chic-Fil-a for pick up. As usual! I drove up and noticed part of the parking lot was shut down and the line of cars was vast. I got in the long line and it appeared to me that it was the “To Go” line. I thought, Maybe I was in the wrong line as I was there to pick up an on line order as usual. While still in the long line, I rolled down my window and asked one of the employees if I was in the right lane and added that we had ordered on line for pick up so where should park? He motioned me to drive towards him so I drove my car out of line and drove up to him. I asked where I should park to have my order brought out to me. Then he says “Well you have to get in line”! I said, “ but I just got out of the long line because you motioned me to”. He said he was sorry. I explained again about our On-Line order. He seemed confused and I asked him to please explain my situation to his Manager. He walked over to his Manager and came back and said “My Manager told me to tell you to get back in the line with the rest of the cars.” Which meant I would be back to the end of the very very long line. At that point frustration set in and I asked him to tell his Manager to cancel my order. He walked away and never made an effort to come back and confirm the cancellation. I drove out of the parking lot and took my business elsewhere. I had my wife check our credit card to make sure they had not charged us. We’ve always received great and friendly service from Chic-Fil-A. Not...
