After seeing the 4.5 star rating I decided to motor over to this place. I’ll just state what actually occurred and you be the judge. Upon arriving there were two people sitting down at a booth talking as I walked in, but no one to greet customers. Something hanging in the door hit my head which was obscured by the bill of my hat…Wind-chimes! It turned out the two sitting were the employees and I was the only customer. I was sat at a table and perused the menu then settled on basil chicken with an iced tea. The menu gave no description as to the ingredients in the dish other than chicken. The person taking the order offered no explanation and was rushed for some reason. I asked how the basil chicken was made; the reply, “vegetables and a brown sauce!” Wow! That said it all! So descriptive! It really wasn’t necessary to go into such detail, but they’re really trying to bridge that gap! I received my iced tea which had a funny taste so I exchanged it for a soft drink. She then brought out a huge cup full of ice and a small can of Dr. Pepper! I began to wonder what the charge was for a canned pop since the cup was 3X the size of the can ! I walked over to check the menu, and it was $1.80! After all of this indifference and being charged a premium for what wasn’t even entry level I decided to get away early and exited...

TLDR: We stopped eating when we opened the beef Pho order and noticed it was 100% uncooked and blood had cross contaminated the rice noodles.

Full Account: My whole family loves Pho, and so we ordered take out for my son's birthday. Upon arrival, our kids started chowing down on everything but stopped when we opened the beef Pho order and noticed it was 100% uncooked and blood had cross contaminated the rice noodles. We stopped eating all the food immediately. We called and were told that uncooked beef is the way they serve it in the broth when you dine there. The broth would not have been hot enough to cook anything. They almost offered to replace our Pho free of charge and then someone in the background of the phone call instructed that there wouldn't be a replacement because the order was made correctly. I did not want another order.

Keep in mind, I've never been to Vietnam or wherever these cooks are from, so maybe this is the way that it is supposed to be served and every place I have ever gone to has just Americanized it for me. If that is the case, then anyone who likes real pho, this is your place and I apologize for the low...

We went for a late lunch on a Saturday (around 2-2:30 maybe) and so there were 2 or 3 other families/couples dinning in. They told us we could sit anywhere and the host followed us with menus and took our drink orders. Came back quickly (think there were only 2 or 3 staff) and took our appetizer order (Lumpia and Summer Spring Rolls) the spring rolls came out quickly, likely because they don't need any cooking and the Lumpia came out at maybe 5 minutes, so perfect to decide on the main entree. My husband had steak, brisket, and meatball pho, while I had shrimp Teriyaki. It was all so good and they definitely earned their 4.6 stars. Plenty of full size shrimp with broccoli in a teriyaki sauce and steamed rice. My husband forced himself to try and finish his massive pho bowl because it was too good and now he has an "ate too much" belly ache. He wanted me to make note that they do NOT skimp on the cilantro for the pho and that both the pho and spring roll are the best he's had in years. He can't wait for my dad to visit so we...

By far the worst Pad Thai I have ever had. Had the combination Pad Thai and it was covered in some type of gravy that made the dish really sweet. Had to add soy to try and balance the flavors out and still could not cut the sweetness of it. Loaded with onions which when asked was told we’re not a part of the dish. Menu called for peanuts, didn’t have any with the meal. Flavors were way off from Pad Thai. Server only came once to take drink orders and food order, my family all ordered Pad Thai and none of the 4 of us were able to finish it due to the overpowering sweetness of the gravy or sauce that covered it. Ordered egg roll appetizer and calamari appetizer with the meal. Egg rolls came after the main was served and calamari was never delivered. When I questioned about it, was told that the server didn’t put the order in for it. This was not our first time here, but it will be the last time going here.
