Went to get my kids some food and I ordered the broccoli beef which had broccoli and 2 slices of beef. Then I ordered the orange chicken and they gave me maybe 3 pieces of chicken. On top of that I ordered a plate with the orange chicken, sweet fire and lo mein, I got no meat?????!! Just the noodles that covers my whole plate. Not worth the money if I’m getting barely any food. Workers need to be considerate of how they plate the food and pay attention. When I spoke to a manager she said on the cub meal it’s 80% broccoli 20% beef. 2 pieces of beef is not worth the price if I’m basically paying the veggies. Also she said cub meals don’t have full portions which is obvious it’s for kids but 3 pieces??? Come on.

This place is full of flies, floors are filthy bathrooms disgusting food meat portions are extremely big they don’t have forks Not everyone has a big mouth here to eat such large portions Rice is soggy and meat portion was too little they give you more rice and low mein than meat, they have a bunch of employees but everyone is bumping their heads in the food line instead of cleaning up this filth The stack of dirty trays is nearly close the ceiling of this place and restaurant is 10% full - they only gave us 1 package of sweet and sour sauce and no fortune cookies to compliment the purchase I guess the manager took Saturday off but I don’t think he cares too much for the restaurant.

Just left this establishment and was not happy. I went to the location on 151 because it was convenient and on the way home. Sometimes the experience there isn't always the best was willing to give it another shot before completely writing it off. Once I got my food I noticed it had a gummy texture and was full of fat. The rice was also not hot, more like room temp. I then proceeded to drive all the way to the potranco location where I always have a great experience. I explained how I went to the 151 location and the food was disappointing and requested a new bowl to be made if possible. I was instantly told no by Rodrigo. I kindly asked is he was the manager he stated no and that he would go get him. Mr Laurence then came out and was very loud and rude stating that if I don't like going to the 151 location then "DONT DO THAT" and to "COME HERE INSTEAD" . I stated that i typically due but it was out of the way and the 151 location was closer. He then proceeded to tell me that his store loses profits if he replaces the food there. I told him I didn't think it would be a big deal as I figured since it was all Panda it didn't matter. (Not to mention it wasn't a huge order , just simply a 6 dollar bowl of food.) ( seriously ?) After what I felt was causing a scene he said that he would replace the food this time. I let him know that I didn't think this would be a huge deal and thought his approach and loud tone was distasteful so I kindly told him that it was ok and not to and thanked him for his explanation and left the store. I hope that the leadership sees this and Mr Laurence chooses to handle the situation a littler differently. **Note that I also complete the surveys on my receipts when I remember and always give the Potranco store good reviews. So I felt a bad review is just as important as posting...

I had an unforgettable experience at Panda Express recently—not just because of the food, but because of the incredible compassion and professionalism shown by an employee named Lexi. While my son and I were waiting in line, we were suddenly subjected to a verbal assault by another customer. It was distressing and upsetting—but Lexi stood up for us without hesitation.

She firmly and calmly intervened, standing between us and the man, and made it clear that his behavior would not be tolerated. Her exact words—inviting him to leave if he continued his rudeness—were delivered with such strength and integrity. She made us feel safe, seen, and respected in a moment when we felt anything but.

Lexi was a superstar that day. Her courage, empathy, and sense of justice turned a horrible situation into a powerful reminder that there are good people out there who won’t stand by silently. I truly appreciate her support, and I’ll never forget what she did for me and my son.

Panda Express should be proud to have someone like her representing the brand. Thank you, Lexi—you made all...

My friends treated me to Panda Express and I had the Teriyaki chicken. The chicken wasn't dry and not very fatty. It was all dark meat. There's not much to say the chicken only had a hint of the flavor of the teriyaki sauce. All it was was flavor no sauce. Just a mild flavor. Being generous by giving it a 3 star rating on the quality of flavor. Only because that was all I had to go on. Would I order the Teriyaki chicken again. Probably not. Very quick service at the drive thru. There was a wait because there was a long line at the drive thru. But once you order it's ready to go. It was quick there after. It's okay for a fast food venue. But I would rather get my Chinese from a restaurant. Not a fast food establishment. I'll go again just to give it a second chance I'm only reviewing from one item and not from a complete order. Again the chicken only had the hint of Teriyaki taste there was absolutely no sauce on it. Not really worth the purchase. But I went there because my friends went there and were kind enough to share...
