Just left this establishment and was not happy. I went to the location on 151 because it was convenient and on the way home. Sometimes the experience there isn't always the best was willing to give it another shot before completely writing it off. Once I got my food I noticed it had a gummy texture and was full of fat. The rice was also not hot, more like room temp. I then proceeded to drive all the way to the potranco location where I always have a great experience. I explained how I went to the 151 location and the food was disappointing and requested a new bowl to be made if possible. I was instantly told no by Rodrigo. I kindly asked is he was the manager he stated no and that he would go get him. Mr Laurence then came out and was very loud and rude stating that if I don't like going to the 151 location then "DONT DO THAT" and to "COME HERE INSTEAD" . I stated that i typically due but it was out of the way and the 151 location was closer. He then proceeded to tell me that his store loses profits if he replaces the food there. I told him I didn't think it would be a big deal as I figured since it was all Panda it didn't matter. (Not to mention it wasn't a huge order , just simply a 6 dollar bowl of food.) ( seriously ?) After what I felt was causing a scene he said that he would replace the food this time. I let him know that I didn't think this would be a huge deal and thought his approach and loud tone was distasteful so I kindly told him that it was ok and not to and thanked him for his explanation and left the store. I hope that the leadership sees this and Mr Laurence chooses to handle the situation a littler differently. **Note that I also complete the surveys on my receipts when I remember and always give the Potranco store good reviews. So I felt a bad review is just as important as posting...
Read moreI had an unforgettable experience at Panda Express recently—not just because of the food, but because of the incredible compassion and professionalism shown by an employee named Lexi. While my son and I were waiting in line, we were suddenly subjected to a verbal assault by another customer. It was distressing and upsetting—but Lexi stood up for us without hesitation.
She firmly and calmly intervened, standing between us and the man, and made it clear that his behavior would not be tolerated. Her exact words—inviting him to leave if he continued his rudeness—were delivered with such strength and integrity. She made us feel safe, seen, and respected in a moment when we felt anything but.
Lexi was a superstar that day. Her courage, empathy, and sense of justice turned a horrible situation into a powerful reminder that there are good people out there who won’t stand by silently. I truly appreciate her support, and I’ll never forget what she did for me and my son.
Panda Express should be proud to have someone like her representing the brand. Thank you, Lexi—you made all...
Read moreMy friends treated me to Panda Express and I had the Teriyaki chicken. The chicken wasn't dry and not very fatty. It was all dark meat. There's not much to say the chicken only had a hint of the flavor of the teriyaki sauce. All it was was flavor no sauce. Just a mild flavor. Being generous by giving it a 3 star rating on the quality of flavor. Only because that was all I had to go on. Would I order the Teriyaki chicken again. Probably not. Very quick service at the drive thru. There was a wait because there was a long line at the drive thru. But once you order it's ready to go. It was quick there after. It's okay for a fast food venue. But I would rather get my Chinese from a restaurant. Not a fast food establishment. I'll go again just to give it a second chance I'm only reviewing from one item and not from a complete order. Again the chicken only had the hint of Teriyaki taste there was absolutely no sauce on it. Not really worth the purchase. But I went there because my friends went there and were kind enough to share...
