Sadly I have to leave this review based completely on their customer service. The food however is delicious, I will be completely truthful with that. Maybe if you have never been there and been treated rude and wanted to take take out only this would be a good place. The first time we went the waitress was amazing. Everything was fast and she was super friendly. However, that was the only visit that was amazing. On a second trip the waitress was nice however everything took so long. It took us about 15 minutes just to be greeted and while sitting there there were so many people that left because they didn't even get greeted.. I was later told that they were just short-staffed. Which I completely understand because our waitress was nice. I'm not sure what happened between then and the last visit but this last time we went there was a different waitress and everything was still super slow. There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant and she was not at all friendly. She proceeded to argue with me about the daily specials that war advertised on their TV. Basically calling me a liar. Then she made what she called was a "one-time exception" for me to get the daily specials and wanted to tell me that the specials were only available during lunch. Even though I had ordered those specials the times I had been there before. When I paid I was overcharged by two plates and she told me that that was because there was only one special per table and she charged me incorrectly for a plate that I didn't even have. Long story short, a bit of advice to the owners, you have good food but really need to find good help as far as waitresses. Read moreToday was my second time eating here. Our first visit; the food was on point, service was great, and from what we could see they followed COVID precautions. Today was totally different.1.) Violeta, one of the waitresses, has zero customer service skills. She also was not following COVID precautions. She was wearing her mask below her nose, serving plates, cleaning tables, and got an attitude when I asked her if she would please wear her mask properly. She stated she would fix it, but she continued to wear her mask under her nose. Although, she was not our waitress, she served us our plates and didn’t bring us any silverware or napkins. When I asked for them she brought us plastic forks. When I asked her for real forks she stated they didn’t have any, but she handed a real fork to the lady next us. I asked our waitress to not have Violeta return to our table. 2.) The food took forever to come out. When it did, the rice looked like it was scooped out of a bowl and microwaved and the beans were thick and crusted as if they were sitting in the pan too long. 3.) When I went to pay, both the cooks had there masks pulled down under their mouths. I understand that it’s hot in the kitchen, but protocol is protocol. Read moreI placed my order through the drive thru on 10/11/24 , it was late around 8:pm. the cashier named Ariel charged me for my food the total was $8.65 and I received a receipt for $8.65 I was not given a merchant copy to sign which was strange because I always have to sign one. Later that night I saw a charge for $13.65 from Arandas I called back the next morning and the lady that was working the register did not want to tell me the name of the guy I asked to speak with a manager and she claimed one was not available to call back after 3:00 🕒 .. so I did call @3:00 she answered and instead of a manager she puts Ariel on the phone the guy was rude as hell claiming he didn’t need $5 and that it was a mistake, how the hell did he mistakenly write my name on the receipt with a tip included? look he did refund the $5 back . That’s not the point the point is how many times a day does he forge customer’s signatures for a tip.. people check your receipts when visiting this establishment especially if this guy Ariel is working the register. Needless to say I will definitely not return to this restaurant. The owner needs to take action and remove him from that position. NO MORE DEALING WITH CASH OR PEOPLES CREDIT CARDS 💳……..
