Someone at this establishment please teach Sharon how to make a chicken bowl. She’s the only employee there that puts beans in a bowl before the rice and then doesn’t chop up the “shredded” chicken. This might sound petty but the whole service today was really poor. 2 of the things we ordered weren’t readily available, chicken and queso. The lady before me wanted steak… also wasn’t available. Then to checkout she tried to charge $40 for 4 plates that were ~$5 each because of the $2 off Tuesday special. When we told her that the price is incorrect she doubled down and said that we would’ve actually paid more because she saved us $6? She only fixed the error after we started breaking down the price for her when she couldn’t tell us how much 1...

Food is good, but it seemed the workers weren't real interested in actually serving it. I stood in front of the chicken section, none of the several people working paid me any attention. Thought, maybe I'm doing it wrong. I stood in the fairly long BBQ. Oh no ma'am, you can't order chicken here. They were even bothered that the guy in front of me wanted two sandwiches and not just one. When I went back to the chicken side to ask for help, the guy seemed like I was interupting his other work. Maybe make it self serve if you can't be bothered. Probably won't go back...

Complete thievery. The audacity heb/flaming bird has to charge extra for it being labeled flaming bird and to label it a WHOLE chicken and only sell the bottom half and tell me that 4 pieces ( 2 legs 2 thighs and backbone) equals a whole chicken blows my mind. You sell whole other flavored rotisserie chicken that is the WHOLE chicken, INCLUDING breast meat. How are you selling it as whole, when its clearly NOT? We will NOT be returning to this heb/flaming bird for false...
