Where to start? I went through the drive-through this afternoon and and ordered 3 piece and a 2 piece just the chicken no drink that I get charged more than I'm supposed to. I waited a good while wondering if the guy had taken off with my card and then come back and I didn't see him go to any other vehicles so I was just waiting and seeing other vehicles getting there orders and leaving. Finally the kid comes and brings me my credit card and food so I'm thinking that is nice hot and fresh. I tipped them and went around to check my receipt because he was quick to crumble up my receipt and seeing that I was overcharged. I went inside and asked about the prices and the so called manager on duty said that the prices had gone up but when he looked he said that I was overcharged. He offered me jalapenos but I opted for rolls. I get back to work and we were going to eat but the food that I ordered was nothing near what I had asked for. And my CO worker's food was completely cold. I ordered an additional family fry. The chicken looked like it had been sitting there for a while and the fries were bad. I called to let the manager know and he wanted me to come back tomorrow To replace the meal but I have to bring back the entire order. I told them I'm here until midnight and I live on the other side of town and won't be back until next week. He told me to bring my food back at that time and they will replace it. So I have to keep my food that we ordered somewhere somewhere and bring it back in a week when I come back to the side of town. This is the 1st time that we've ever had a problem with...
Read moreZero stars... I left my house just to sit in their drive through lanes for 30 minutes, just to be forgotten about. I went there at 9:40 & ordered 2 meals and a gallon of sweet tea.. Paid 30.11 towards a meal that totaled 27.11 & waited for my change and order. Every other vehicle around me came and left. I could see the guy that took my order inside playing around through the window. At closing time one employee opened the window and asked what I was waiting for. I told him that I was waiting for my order and how they forgot about me. The one employee who took my order suddenly remembered when they were asking who was helping me and came out with my order incomplete. I expressed my frustration and asked to speak to the manager. He said the manager won't do anything to make it right except to refund your money. The manager never got involved. I said I'll take the refund, so they collected the order and returned me 25 dollars and change. I handed him the money and demand the correct money back, explaining that I never received my change back in the first place. They finally gave me back 30 dollars even. By the time I left it was 9:11. They close at 9pm. I requested the managers number & was finally met by the manager Mr richard. He just ran out & handed me a paper with a phone number & a name & said that's the manager call her, and ran back inside. This is the second time that I've been here & have had the same experience where they forgot about me. Read moreI went to the restaurant last night Sunday November 27th. We waited a little long because they were helping other people. But there was only one person waiting in the lobby for fresh livers then when we finally ordered . I requested same thing livers the cashier asked if there was fresh livers and the man in the back said yes but they were not I saw where she got them. Anyways when we got out meal. The livers were so old as if they had been beenthere all day. Just it was not what he had said I gave them back and she gave me strips instead. My point is. That was not very nice the tenders as well were not fresh they tasted like they had been there for awhile My stomach hurts so bad. Now. This is Monday I woke up sick. Awful. I would not treat my customer like this this maybe It’s just me. I just feel that you treat others how you want to be treated and I didn’t get the customer service I had expected. I had been telling my son how awesome Bishes chicken was the last visit was amazing the manager was a girl and she was awesome. This time was the worst experience ever. Like I said they were not busy and we waited a long time for cold burnt food and not really good customer service. How sad it was a male manger. The woman manager. She was so friendly.
