Save your money and GO ELSEWHERE! 1- Service was Horrible, Not sure if our waiters name was NAOMI. She didn't even mention that. 2- She only showed up to our table 3 times. Drink order, Food order, and Ticket. 3- We had to wave our hands in the air to grab someone's attention for a refill. While waitresses stand in the back looking clueless and making faces. 4- My husband ordered a Milansea plate and when our table was getting served, Waiter came and said they were out of Milanesa, so he was forced to get something else , which we all ate while he was waiting on his food. 5- Waiter never asked if ticket was together or separate, so when got up to pay she rushed over and gave us full bill which it was a 4 separate bills. It took her I kid you not 20 minutes to get bill corrected for us. As we waited for that there was about 3 family's waiting for there ticket from other waiters upset about the wait. 6- Take this, when you have 6 people or more you get charged a 15% gratuity so each party there gets that charge. So our waiter got almost a $20.00 tip for a terrible server experience. I let the lady at the register have it. Older looking lady I let her know service was Horrible and that is last time we come here. Prices are high, food was 60% good. Not worth the price. I am sure they have tasty other food but not what we ordered. 7- Since they sell alcohol and restrooms are close to register area, Which in fact is as small and closed area you get a crowd of stupid people cussing to move out the way. Which that was RUDE. 9- All the people or family's that were in line to pay were all irate about the tip system they have, and were really unhappy about service. 10- Go elsewhere for seafood and prevent the issue. Worst service ever. First of all they were out of drinks only a few cokes left and maybe some sprites and pineapple water. Our waitress was not friendly and took forever to get our drinks and chips and salsa another 10 minutes. Our food took about 40 minutes to be served; there was only one other table with guest there, and they had their food. Waitress never came to apologize for the wait, and the owner was chatting it up with the people at the bar area. Fried shrimp was dry, and rice serving was a joke the fries were too salty. Enchiladas were cold and tasted bad beans were not good either. Fish tacos had some weird sauce and were skimpy. Shrimp pasta tasted like frozen food, and the bread served with it was better than the meal. Site marea soup was the only good tasting thing, but was the last thing served. Service sucks! Food was good.... I wasn't given our complimentary sopa de ajo which I was wanting.... And other waitress were serving the other guests...

And that's because the location at that time was very slow...

We were recommended by others to come here... But I'll stick with 7 Mares... Its more expensive but money, service, and a happy waitress...

We brought it to the cashier attention which I was supposed to get one but she did apologized but walked off saying that it was free.... Very unprofessional from her... Oh well, hopefully the owners/managers are very proud of her pride of service.... The proud unprofessional waitress name is Mayra.. The cashier discount us $2 off but that still wasn't the cashier's fault... Maybe Mayra need to stick to the dishwashing area cuz her will make that place lose more business if she continues and is allowed...
