I went to the Blanco site. I met a friend who is a frequent customer of theirs to celebrate another friend’s birthday. I had never been and will never go again. I’m not even going to complain about the horrible food, my issue was dealing with an uneducated, empty-headed manager by the name of Melissa, who needs to understand that a management position calls for the customer always being right. I ordered a milanesa plate, $10.95. The meat was so tough that a steak knife couldn’t even cut it. Two of us ordered the same thing and both had the same problem. When my friend complained to Melissa, she became defensive and said she would talk to the cook and mentioned she would not charge him. When I showed her that I hadn’t been able to eat it either, she very rudely and loudly, told me, “Well, you ate your beans!” I was dumbfounded. She then came back and told my friend he had to pay for it after all!!! The cook said there was nothing wrong with the meat! My friend replied, “We’ll, tell him to chew it!!!” Needless to say, we were throughly disgusted and will never be back. Miss Camila, whoever you are, you need to spend some money on management training for your manager, Melissa. Norka, the waitress, was very nice and gave us excellent service. I gave her a good tip. Money was not the issue, treating the customer with respect is what this...
Read moreI've been meaning to write this review for quite some time. A girlfriend and myself have gone several times to this location and I must say I have been disappointed quite regularly at thier service as well as thier food, especially over the last 4 years. There is some lady there.By the name of Christina. I think she's one of the managers.I cannot begin to tell you how incredibly rude this girl is and my girlfriend and I went there several times and she treated us that way everytime we were there and treated me that way numerous times before I took my friend there. I know this woman hates her job. That's the impression I get every time. I also felt discriminated against and know this is 100% true after watching how she treated others of different skin type. I thought it would be a different experience inside the restaurant rather than the drive through. The owner really needs to take a look at what they're doing inside. They don't have decent cooks and apparently they can't find somebody who can make their flour tortillas for them. So they just buy store-bought. That comment was actually told to me by Christina herself. They always have an excuse for why things aren't good enough. But when you're feeding the public, you had better make sure it's right or you will end up...
Read moreMy wife and I have lived in the area 2 years now, and for the last two years this place was really good, and service was satisfactory. However the last few times we’ve gone, it’s been very disappointing. We usually order by phone and use the drive thru to pick up our order. That process used to be quick and efficient, however now it takes forever to get our food, even if they aren’t busy. The tacos are usually cold, and they have gotten our order wrong or missed things the last several times. We keep going back hoping they do better but they just keep getting worse. It’s upsetting because this place is so close to where we live and when they get things right, it’s really great, but I’m tired of wasting time and money to get cold food and incorrect orders.
Update We went again recently, and our order was incorrect again. We had to go back and exchange it, however I was impressed with how professional and apologetic they were. They corrected my order, and let me keep the food we didn’t order. So it cost me some time and a little gas but we got some free food. They really are great, I just think they get super busy and make mistakes. It’s still a really good...
