Absolute worse experience I have had with Chik- fil-a. I will NEVER spend my money with chick-fil-a again! When you pay for a meal and ( chick fil a is not cheap), you are expecting the whole meal. I ordered the number 5, they forgot my fries and no big deal I called back asking if I can get my fries on a next visit. Stephanie the manager said for me to hold, she gets back on the phone to tell me she reviewed the camera and saw the fries went in the bag. Instead of apologizing and fixing the issues she reiterates to me that she reviewed the cameras and saw the fries were put in the bag. She stated she could not give me money back or comp me some fries for the next visit. As a mother and family of five we have spent a lot of money with chick fil a, but to be called a liar and not have my problem resolved in a professional matter, I will never return to chick fil a again. You can go to Wendy's, dairy queen, sonic and provide the same issue, small problem and they will resolve it without calling the customer a liar. I am so flabbergasted by how I was treated by a chick fil a manager, I've never had this situation happen before but it will be my last. My job does a lot of business with Chick- fil- a for our lunch meetings, that will be changing moving forward. I work in the medical field and will share my experience with my peers, this is unacceptable and again I am appalled that, that was a manager response and resolution. Read moreI visited this Chick-fil-A location today and was genuinely impressed. I ordered chicken sandwich meals and mac and cheese, and everything was served hot and fresh. While we were waiting, a kind young staff member—her name might be Avery or Abery, surprised our nephew with a complimentary ice cream. His face lit up with joy, and it truly made our visit special.
Avery not only brought our food promptly but also refilled our drinks with a smile whenever we asked. I also noticed another team member going above and beyond, serving other tables with warmth and respect. Despite the location being quite busy and noisy (which speaks to its popularity), the staff handled everything with grace and professionalism.

Read moreCame to this location for the first time. Accidentally got in mobile order line (most CFAs have two drive through lines.) Three workers were standing talking and did not acknowledge me. When the worker David finally came up to me I explained that i accidentally got in the wrong line and if he could still take my order. Mind you, no cars were even in line to place an order. He refused and told me that I had to go around. I asked why and he said that the manager told them so. I had to wait in line for over 5 mins for the cars in front of me to get their food so I can go around. Spoke to a gentleman at the window and he was very polite and offered me water while he grabbed a manager. The manager never came. Went around and reordered in the proper line.
