Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Antonio

I normally never have any issues when I go to this taco Bell/KFC. They are just really friendly here and they seem pretty darn speedy with the food too! My husband always orders off the KFC menu, while j always order from taco Bell! I love that the restaurant is 2 in 1 like that! Cuts down on the amount of stops I gotta make before getting back home and that makes me super happy! Lol! The food is always done right and the people are always really nice! I can't really complain about much! The only thing that I would ever complain about is not something they can actually fix... I just wish that the location was a bit further away from the intersection is all... It's so close to the intersection that it makes it extremely difficult to get in the far lane to hit the turn around, which is what I need to do... So I always get to sit there for quite a bit of time before finally being able to pull out! But like I said, they can't really fix that for me... Lol, but ya, if you don't need to hit the turn around in that intersection, then you shouldn't have the problems I do...

I had the worst experience at a Taco Bell in my life. My order was incorrect when I went to the window. Instead of fixing the problem they instructed me to drive around didn’t do the drink upgrade requested. Makes us wait on my sons birthday no less for his food (of course) an additional 20 minutes because we were forced to go to the back of the line. No special consideration for THIER ERROR. When I get to the window it is a different girl, when I expressed how upset I was with our service the window was closed on me and my order was not even correct and also missing a straw. So, obviously after the worst experience, I attempt to call this location and speak to a manager 4 times. Left a message no response what so ever. You ruined what should have been a bright spot on my kids birthday. Doubt he’ll request Taco Bell any time soon. Cashier...

Went to this Taco Bell today, ordered a #1 three taco Supremes and drink. When i finally got to window 10 minutes later. The girl took my debit card and charged me $8.32. Gave back card and began talking about Marijuana. How Texas should legalize it. Then she asked me what ordered. The order was wrong. By now i had received my drink, a Dr. Pepper. So if wanted what i originally ordered i would have to pay more. Then the manager came (thug) and said i would have to come inside to fix their screw-up. I said i didn't have time, i had to be at work in 5 minutes. He then took my drink away and i left. WITHOUT MY MONEY RETURNED AND NO FOOD. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. It is ran by criminals. I will never PATRON Taco Bell again. You are overpriced and the food is nasty. P.S. Taco Bell. You can keep my money, you obviously need it...
