My daughter and I went to get our nails done last Saturday. By Monday she had lost one nail. I called to see if they would fix it and the lady who answered the phone said yes when the original tech that did her nails was in. I couldn’t go until Friday so we waited until then. The next day, my daughter lost 2 more nails. We went in Friday evening to get them fixed and all three of her broken nails were fixed. They were going to charge me for the extra 2 nails but I said that they didn’t even last a week. They tried telling me that her nails were just too long and she must have been rough with them. I said she has had longer nails before and has never had a problem with nails not lasting 2 weeks at other salons we have been to. Today is Saturday, my daughter was putting her laundry away and one of the nails she had fixed last night came off. I understand that they are not indestructible but for as much as I paid to get our nails done, they should have stayed on her a while longer. Not the kind of place I’m looking for. Idk why my nail tech was rude to me because I asked for a different shape after we had to switch designs because they didn’t have to products to do the set I wanted. He also said dip would look smoother and flat. They are so bubbled. The dip powder already has chipped and so has the paint. I got these done two weeks ago. The time before that I went there for a fill in the nail tech cut my nails down and said it was my fault because I didn’t tell her not to. She told me she thought I wanted tips but didn’t ask. Then she didn’t offer to fix my nails she just tried to get me to pay for tips. I went back because I thought the guy bob would do a decent job as he had before.
