Burger King — Restaurant in San Antonio

Horrible service. As a door dasher, we get paid mostly based on speed of service. The mgr on duty Lely, was seated in dining area. I stood at front counter (only person waiting) for nearly 10mins with nobody coming to assist. I then asked the mgr if there was a front counter cashier and she stated that her drive thru lady was running both and she currently had a long line of cars. I stood there while she just took drive thru orders only. (Instead of rotating orders if that was the case.) When I explained that to the mgr she rolled her eyes and repeated herself. As a mgr.... If you're short staffed its probably best to take a break when the restaurant isn't "super busy" bc apparently they can't keep up with one person running both sides. It's not even fair to that person either to be honest...!! I've worked for BK before and her concern/initiative was very limited. She was rude, I was simply questioning her if someone was going to assist me.. The order should've been ready for pick up. I wasted time and gas because after all, I unassigned the delivery. Horrible. When I asked her name she ignored me and continued looking at her phone. So I had to read her name tag from a distance. AVOID if...

my partner and I went there last night my partner asked to use the bathroom the cashier told him he had to buy something someone was in there after that guy left another guy literally came in off the street and went in the bathroom and didn't have to buy nothing that is not fair nor right and my partner and I were at a booth eating ice cream the cashier was causing trouble with my partner she was paranoid kept accusing my partner of looking at her making her nervous she was tlling all her coworkers it's women like her trouble making paranoid drama queen trouble makers that get innocent men in trouble the manager on duty was not doing anything about it she just let her do that and the paranoid trouble maker was telling her coworkers and they all started cussing ganging up on my partner in front of a innocent child that place literally hires people off the street there was a older guy there he looked like he was homeless...

My husband and I decdecided to go out and get some goodies from this BK and were very disappointed! Have been here about 3 years ago and the food was pretty good. We are seniors and don't get to eat out often and it's a treat when we do. We ordered the bacon kings, onion rings, and jalapeno cheese bits. We get home and there's only two tiny pieces of bacon on each Bacon King at $6.99 each,our jalapeno cheese bits, and no onion rings. We live a good 15 minutes away and didn't want to have to drive back, so I tried calling them and the line is busy for over an hour. Still busy signal! We won't be going back to this location. I don't give bad reviews lightly because I worked serving people for over 45 years and I know how things should go. The cashier acted like she didn't care about anyone or anything.
