Pizza Patrón South Flores — Restaurant in San Antonio

Unfortunately I had to give them one star if given the opportunity id have given them zero. We’ve always loved Pizza Patrón, but after our latest experience, we’ll have to find an alternative until there’s a serious change.

We scheduled our pizza for pickup at a specific time, yet we ended up waiting over an hour past that. The customer service was terrible—long wait times just to be acknowledged, and every time we did get someone’s attention, we were given a different excuse or they just wouldn’t return at all. The last one being we were just waiting on the wings. Nearly twenty minutes later? Still waiting on the wings. No communication, no urgency, just a frustrating and unorganized mess.

It’s disappointing this level of service is unacceptable. Hopefully, they hire staff who can actually run the place efficiently. Until then, we’re taking our...

Wow... I can't believe I've been eating literal garbage pizza from Little Ceasars this whole time... I was amazed the pizzas here are like the same price as Little Ceasars but the quality is WAAAAY better. You can actually taste how fresh the Pizza Patron Pizza is. Even the employees professional demeanor and the clean restaurant was shocking to me cause I'm used to horrible experiences at other restaurants. And there wasn't a long wait and the pizza was made fresh. It wasn't old and sitting for hours like Little Ceasars. They made a new customer today and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to go here it's AWESOME! The Pizza Patron CEO and managers need a raise they are doing...

This Hispanic pizza establishment is NO joke. Everything about this place screams originality; anywhere from the black been infused, chorizo topped pizza to the lime and pepper bathed buffalo wings.
