Unfortunately I had to give them one star if given the opportunity id have given them zero. We’ve always loved Pizza Patrón, but after our latest experience, we’ll have to find an alternative until there’s a serious change.
We scheduled our pizza for pickup at a specific time, yet we ended up waiting over an hour past that. The customer service was terrible—long wait times just to be acknowledged, and every time we did get someone’s attention, we were given a different excuse or they just wouldn’t return at all. The last one being we were just waiting on the wings. Nearly twenty minutes later? Still waiting on the wings. No communication, no urgency, just a frustrating and unorganized mess.
It’s disappointing this level of service is unacceptable. Hopefully, they hire staff who can actually run the place efficiently. Until then, we’re taking our...

I was amazed the pizzas here are like the same price as Little Ceasars but the quality is WAAAAY better. You can actually taste how fresh the Pizza Patron Pizza is. Even the employees professional demeanor and the clean restaurant was shocking to me cause I'm used to horrible experiences at other restaurants. And there wasn't a long wait and the pizza was made fresh. It wasn't old and sitting for hours like Little Ceasars.
