Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Antonio

This Pizza Hut does not even deserve a star! My wife and I decided to dine-in at this location several times. Every single time, Maria the waitress, has always messed up on our order. She takes my order but never writes it down and everytime she repeats it she gets it all wrong. Finally, when we get our order 15 minutes later or more, its wrong! Then she always blames it on the cooks. Coincidence? One day we went in and Maria tells us about this special that they were having (2 medium size pizzas, $5 each, one topping). My wife and I decided to just order what we wanted (1 medium, pan, pepperoni lovers with extra sauce, well done). So then Maria told us about the special again and insisted that we can have two of the same pizzas that we wanted just for a dollar more. We then explained that its not 1 topping and would not fall under their special but she said it would. So when we get our order there is barely any sauce on our pizza and she then repeatedly blames it on the cooks. When we finish eating and go pay we were hit with a large bill. So we tell the manager in charge that the waitress told us it would be $5 each. Maria then said that they were $13 each. She starded pointing at the menu and with a rude attitude she tells us the price but she was pointing at the wings section of the menu. We ended up paying for 1 pizza. I went there on the 4th of July with my family to try and eat the afternoon Buffet. We got there about 5 minutes before the end of the buffet. We asked one of the workers if we had time to get the buffet. She yelled from behind the kitchen it ends at 1:30 p.m. it was 1:25 p.m. . So we sat at a table and waited for someone to service us. There was one lady on the floor taking care of the other customers but not us. They were still putting out pizzas for the buffet but no one came and asked us what we wanted. We tried to call the lady but she just ignored us. We waited another five minutes, in total it was about 10 minutes waiting. When the lady came around again not only did she ignore us she went straight to a table and asked if they wanted anything else for service. I was about to explode and cause a scene. My wife instead told me let's just leave. My wife made a comment aloud saying we are not going to wait any longer and why wait to be ignored. So me and my kids and wife got up and left. Passing up a table with a family eating. I told my daughter, I guess we are just ghosts here and nobody sees us. so no one will see us leave. So we got in the car and went to bud Jones. Called in my order for pick up, I stalled about 20 minutes at target before going, I Ordered the Hut boxes which shouldn’t have taken long, when I got there my order still wasn’t ready they said they had to restart the fryer for the wings. Had me wait another 20 minutes. Finally my order was ready once I got home my order only came with 3 boneless wings and a pebble that was supposed to replace the 4the boneless wing. The wings were dry the sauce only got partial of the wings other then that they were dry. I called to complain. I’m not mad that they made a mistake I’m upset that when I spoke with Monica all she did was make excuses instead of apologizing and trying to fix the situation she dated I had to go the same day in order for her to fix the problem which I was already upset from the order taking long cause I had somewhere to be but she made it seem like it had to be on there time even if it was an inconvenience for me.
