This review reflects my recent experience at KFC @2510 W Military drive San Antonio Tx..I get all the COVID this and the COVID that but when you go to the trouble of closing your lobby for the Health and Safety of your customers and team members that's just super...However when me and my spouse show up to eat at your restaurant, have enough sense to not allow what appears to be a team member and family setting in the front corner window for all to see.. So while I am sure the LOBBY CLOSED sign is a mistake and I go to the next door and its locked and the behind the counter ppl just look at me then look on but somehow can't seem to notice the 5 adults and one little girl sitting in their lobby enjoying a meal I have to say the Mgr's concern about the Health and Safety is a nice smoke screen but not very convincing especially when the inside eaters leave the restaurant tell the next couple peering thru the glass Door Windows that they need to go thru the drive thru.....Seriously..Went thru the drive thru to order the pot pie and was told Mariah De Luna that the pot pies were on back order until March...was this a real response???So I went with the Famous bowl which had to be reheated once we got it home..The second order was of the new Beyond chicken nuggets..Word to the wise..probably should not order something plant based when most of the team members appear to love their Carbs...When we got home the plant based nuggets seem to have some age to them we could barely pull them apart they were so rubbery that we just gave them to our Great Dane who likes a good challenge!!!Fortunately San Antonio has so many other Chicken house options I am certain we''ll not make this chicken mishap twice..The Kernel died and so did his ability to service the customer..

Read moreI used to love KFC..not anymore, unfortunately! I ordered online through the app, so I wouldn't have to wait long for the order. But I had to wait 45 .minutes for my order. I tried patiently to wait with complaining or saying anything because I had in food industry for many years, and I remembered how it used to be. Another customer that had just walked in when I did placed his order was complaining about how long his was taking, so I asked about my order because he seemed to acknowledge me or my order. Cashier said they were waiting for cherry pie poppers were cooking. So I sat down and waited but another long wait people came and left ate there and still when I went up for a 3rd time to inquire about order it was just excuse after excuse. All this time no orders on drive thru and employees in the back just talking & chillin having a good time. Manager that is pregnant and super rude asked what was going on we both tried to explain to her and she got mad at me a paying customer not asking for a favor or hand out or even apology. Like why should I be complaining on paying for order and expecting it to come out before on hour later. She handed me a cup as a courtesy I guess to get a free drink and she talked under her breathe saying just get your drink & get out of here don't want to hear you anymore. Remember I was trying ti patient & understanding because previous cussed them out for same reason. I will go back to this location. Asked for her name because of course no name tags nope asked for managers name she refused to give me any info. I request to report this incident and she told me told me to leave before she called the cops. If I could give a zero, i would. Love the food but the service is horrible at this location. This is not the 1st time it also happened on drive thru with another manager don't which one is worse. My family even called me because I was talking too long to take home dinner they were really worried about because I was taking too long. The worst...
Read moreWas in here 4-17-17 at 1:00 in the afternoon. Undoubtedly the dirtiest KFC in my 30 of eating KFC. Spilled soda on floors n under tables. I couldn't find a clean table in the place. I had to clean my table n chair to sit. Soda all over the counter where where dispenser is. No lids for soda, (that explains why there's soda spilled all over the place.) And I must not have cleaned my chair to good as my shorts were sticking to the chair. My tray had some slime on it. My guess it was honey and it was on the lid of my coleslaw too. And to top it all off NO GRILLED CHICKEN !!! I asked if they ran out of it? And was told "no we just don't have it !!" Did you run out of it ? Grill is broken ? Any idea why no grilled chicken? "No we just don't have it " Good luck trying to figure out what that is. I knew I was doomed right there. And I was right. Don't waste your time here. Horrible place, very sad...
