I haven’t been to a Chuck E Cheese in years as PPP was more convenient to my last homes location. I’ve moved recently and wanted to take my son somewhere fun and remember this place being a blast when I was a kid.. Well it looked like not much has changed since the last time I was there years ago.. I personally felt the price for just a pizza and drinks (got a medium pepperoni pizza and two drinks and 30 minutes of game time for $30) that seems unreasonably high; especially for the quality. I wasn’t used to the game time as opposed to tokens but I think that part was kind of cool because you can play whatever you want however many times in that given time frame. Not a fan of my staff interactions even though it was just to order food and try to get the prizes from the tickets my son won. The wait for someone to come to the prize station was absolutely ridiculous. It was not a busy time and I could hear chats and laughter coming from the kitchen the whole time I was waiting which was very upsetting. You should totally be allowed to have fun at work but not at the expense of your customers. Overall, I’m sticking with PPP even though it’s a further drive for me.

Much better than I assumed. Very clean, though. Small, but there's a lot to do in this little space. Older kids don't have as much to do, but my five grandkids had fun. If you are going to play in the trampoline and jungle gym area, you need to pay for the socks and the wristband. They should actually have this monitored a little better or maybe a gate so that kids can't just run in. We were part of a birthday party, so I didn't know when I was following the two-year-old, but that's how I found out. If you're someone going in individually, you'll know because they'll talk to you about it. I appreciate that they don't let people get drunk here. You can only have one beer per hour. The Pizza was good. Our attendant was amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

My children really enjoy Chuck E Cheese. It is a pretty good mix of games for toddlers and older kids. My kids enjoyed their experience. It can be a pricey experience but if you do your research, there are ways to enjoy the experience without spending an arm and a leg. Check out the coupons on the website. I completely agree with many of the other reviewers regarding the trampoline area. It isn't right to have it so easily accessible to toddlers if it cost extra. There are no gates or doors and no attendant so it shouldn't cost extra. And $10-15 is ridiculously high for the tiny area it is. That is the cost at an entire trampoline park. Corporate needs to put a gate to keep toddlers from wandering in. This is bad business practice.

Wow, I gave this location a 5 star review 2 years ago and it has changed in a very negative way. We tried to celebrate our daughter's birthday yesterday and we were very disappointed. As soon as we walked through the door it was noticably epmty and there were only three employees onsite. The girl taking our order not only had a bad attitude but just walked away multiple times without a word and left us waiting for her to return without explanation, this is before we even finished ordering our food, then she got the order wrong and it took even longer to correct it. Once again she just walks away from us without explanation. My 7 year old needed to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper. After asking multiple times nothing was done. I went ahead and went into the other bathroom as well as their cleaning closet to find toilet paper before my child had an accident. Of course nobody stopped me from going through the cleaning closet with the Chuck e cheese costume in it, they didn't care, the door wasn't even locked. In the past we have commented on how tasty the pizza was, this time around the crust was so hard it couldn't be cut with the plastic knives provided. And of course when we were ready to leave and pick out our prizes nobody wanted to help, we waited ten minutes as a manager and one other employee kept walking up to the counter to help us then leaving immediately to do something else. Bot until I started looking for a way behind the counter did someone decide to help us. We have celebrated over 5 birthdays here but this will be the last one. We paid over $50 for bad pizza, horrible service, and a bad time in general. Not worth it, this location once got a great review about how special the employees made our daughter's birthday. This time they were obviously annoyed to help the 8 people that were there as...

As soon as I entered this establishment I’m under the impression that every child and adult will be stamped. THIS DIDNT HAPPEN.

The cashier had an attitude after every question he had, including after our responses. This should alerted me to leave. However, the CEC I remember didn’t operate this way. I assumed this gentleman was having a bad day and decided to take out on your guest.

The total be $78 dollars #3 1 pizza 2 soft drinks regular boneless wings

We added a salad and 30 minutes of gameplay.

Salad bar was completely filled with either ice cold lettuce or soggy cucumbers and maybe a few of other veggies that looked slimy.

Our pizza was probably what saved the visit, it was hot and fresh but having to track down parmesan cheese and red peppers from a non existent staff due to horseplay heard from the kitchen by the time I sat to eat I was frustrated.

The games were either non functional or a sad excuse for entertainment.

When I visit Peter Piper Pizza which might be at least 1 time every two weeks, my $48 dollars goes a much longer way than this establishment.

I had to convince my wife before visiting why we should take our 3 year old and 12 year old to CEC.

I feel like my money was taken from me and slapped with it after handing it over.

I will NOT be returning to this establishment or any other CEC. Their is plenty of other restaurants around.

NOT THE CEC I REMEMBER GROWING UP THAT I WANTED MY CHILDREN TO...

We had our 3 Year old’s birthday party on Sunday (02/23) at Chuck E. Cheese, and I have to say that our experience was absolutely fantastic, all thanks to our incredible party hostess, Gabby! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to truly enjoy the celebration without any stress.Gabby was incredibly prompt, making sure that every detail was handled with care and efficiency. She greeted us with a warm smile, had our table perfectly set up, and ensured that the birthday child felt extra special. Throughout the entire party, she kept everything on schedule from serving the food to organizing the games and making sure all the kids were engaged and having fun. Her professionalism and commitment to making the party a success did not go unnoticed. She was attentive to our needs, quick to refill drinks and bring out extra supplies, and made sure that every guest was taken care of. Most importantly, she brought great energy to the party, making it such a fun and memorable experience for everyone involved. I can confidently say that this party exceeded our expectations, and it’s all thanks to Gabby and the the crew that helped her hard work and dedication. I highly recommend requesting her as your hostess. She truly made the experience stress-free and enjoyable for everyone! Thank you, Gabby, for making our celebration one...
