I’ve been going to James Avery for many years now. This is the newest location I’ve been going to, every time I go I have the same issue with the same manager. Today at 11:20 there was only two people on the registers with a long line, while the manager walked around with an iPad not helping her team out. Took my daughters bracelet to get cleaned and add charms but when we received bracelet back it was shorter, we originally bought a regular size bracelet so we could just loosen as she got older but now it’s shorter and it used to wrap around twice on her little hand now it’s once and a little extra, she’s only had the bracelet a month I’m sure she didn’t grow her wrist that much in a month a whole extra bracelet.
