I've been going to Frosty Frogs since they started with their small trailer, I have been a loyal customer of theirs for a while now taking my daughters softball team and their family's there and have referred a ton of business to them that they don't even know about, I've over looked the fact that they aren't always there when they should be opened and are not and waited long to get our order because it's good and my kids enjoy it but I went today and my wife asked for more chamoy on our mangonadas because they never put enough on it and it seemed the owner got offended and said oh we always put enough, well sure enough no chamoy on the bottom and hardly any on top as I went back to ask for extra I was charged .54 And she took my cup from me in the trailer and sent someone else and handed it back to me with a pack of chamoy as if to say here you put it on yourself, I don't understand why they took my cup back from me if they were going to hand me a pkg of it and have me out it on she also shut the sliding door in my face when I was going to pay her after telling me hold on sir and then opening it right back up with in a seconds time. This was bad customer service today I felt I didn't deserve that treatment she shouldn't get offended because we ask for a lil more chamoy and they shouldn't nickel and dime people either. No appreciation for our loyalty and business we continually give them. Maybe I should tell everyone one I know and I know a lot of people, not to go there anymore and put them on blast with social media if they don't appreciate our business. You just don't treat your customers like that for no reason, we are the lifeline of their business Maybe they should realize that without us customers they wouldn't be in business. Read moreMy best friend and I started coming here back in 2019 since we worked at mcd. Almost every other day we would just walk there on our breaks. Between the hot Cheetos and cheese, sundaes, and raspas. Everything is always so delicious and hits the spot. Over the past year I realized how much of a small world S.A is. I learned that the owners and I have a friend in common. I also learned that even though this family has probably been through hell and back this past year they are still trying their best to keep this family owned business open. So I’d just like to say thank you for still serving your community in every way possible. The service is always great, and the food of course is very delicious.

I recently moved on the other side of town and came over here just to get my chango fix for the day and the young teen boy is was very rude and not happy to take my order.. I asked for my usual order like I've been doing since they first opened and never have been told that I can't do multiple toppings on a chango! Today he said I could only have pickles. I also asked for extra chile powder and they barley put any so when I returned to ask for more he quickly reached in his draw and gave me a container of it.. no apology or any words just shoved it in my hand.
