Crack’t — Restaurant in San Antonio

I loved coming to this place to get their breakfast sandwich the yee haw. I loved the food and everything about It but slowly the quality and the consistency and the overall Understanding of order efficiency started to dismantle and errode. I order the same thing every time and the eggs are either wrong.The bread option is wrong because I always ask to have it switched from the biscuit, which is always hard and dry and not good because it just falls apart as soon as you bite into it.And then to the bagel bread option instead. The scrambled eggs used to be fluffy and delicious.But now they're either cooked wrong and overcooked.Or it was recooked and the egg was still overcooked so it was like eating bits of a yellow tire. I'm just overall disappointed with the lack of consistency and efficiency With this restaurant's food, especially being an online.Carry out option only. youd think there would be a small margin of error because they don't have an extreme amount of stress or disarrayed from table orders being processed ( This restaurant is a ghost town completely empty.Complete 0 table service.Because no one goes in there or even knows that it's an actual place) without going to go orders. So I'm sad that I will not be returning to this food establishment because it's very close to my house. The price is aight for the amount of food that you get and the food was really delicious and I really enjoyed it. But now I'm gonna have to turn my business away because I'm sick of going back to the restaurant and telling them that my food is wrong and it doesn't consistently get fixed properly and the quality has just gone down completely so if there was more care and less Apatheticness with the way that this restaurant is ran I.Would be really open to returning.But until then I will not be and I will certainly be telling people because this is ridiculous and paying fifteen dollars for a sandwich to be messed up nearly every time...

I am new to the San Antonio area and I had Crack't for the first time today for breakfast. I was craving a breakfast sandwich and after looking at the menu, I decided to try the Spicy Avocadaddy sandwich. I was thoroughly impressed. I decided to add bacon and would definitely recommend. The pricing most certainly matches the quality. I don't think I have ever had a breakfast sandwich where the ingredients were so evenly distributed. It had the perfect amount of every ingredient. Thank you Crack't. Definitely one of my new favorite breakfast restaurants. I would say the only issue I had was the order of hash browns I received. They were significantly over cook't lol and I felt like I was eating potato chips. I was kind of disappointed that they would have even given those to anyone, especially on a food delivery order. Besides the hash brown issue, everything else...

Order two of the same sandwiches but one was incorrect…it’s the second time this happened. The one probably with this is that there’s no phone number to call. I have to call the mediterranean grill which is a bit of a hassle. The food is great though!

Update: They keep messing up our order. We keep asking for scrambled eggs and...
