Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

I’ve gone to Dominos at this location for years, but last night was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed at order for pick up and was told it would take 25 mins for two large pizzas. I arrived and paid for my order and was told it would take be ready shortly. I always put a timer on my watch so I knew it would be ready in about 7 mins. I waited in the store patiently and noticed something was wrong. After 40 mins had passed I was informed that my pizza was not made and it I still wanted it. I asked if my pizza would be made right away? I was told yes. So I said okay! I looked as pizza after pizza was being made and mine was not. So I went to the counter and asked how long would it be? It was told it would take about 20 to 25 mins. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she quit her job the other day. So who is in charge? No one is in charge! What? I’ve worked at a pizza place as a teenager and I know if we messed up an order then the manager would push that order to the front of the list. I explained that to the employee and was told her understood, but the guy with a hoop in his ear was doing the pizzas as they were coming in the system and would not push my order to be made last. I had to wait because there were other orders in front of mine. I asked for my money back. I was not given a receipt and was told it would be back in my account in about 4 days. I've been ordering from Domino's 1-3x a month for the last several months now but after what happened tonite I will NEVER order Domino's again. I got nothing but excuses & attitudes from the guy answering the phone when I called to complain about the length of time it was taking, to Angie the manager who could only say "ok" to each of my complaints about both the time it was taking to how the guy answering the phone spoke faster & faster & louder & louder so he didn't have to hear what I was saying until he clicked me off on to hold when Angie picked up. Standing outside my home talking with my neighbors the driver drove 2 houses down across the street the got out to get the order from his trunk & he began making excuses before he even crossed the street. He said it was his 1st night back after being off a long while when I told him I was tired of hearing excuses, that I'd already spoke to the store on the phone & that I just wanted my pizza. He said that I had an attitude & because of that I'd have to sign my credit charge slip before he'd hand over the pizza. 3 of my neighbors plus 2 family members inside my home all witnessed this. If I could give NEGATIVE star reviews, this “restaurant” would be the the one to get it! I Came in and was told to only use online orders when clearly it was still open, a tall white lesbian looking freak was the one who had said “I don’t know why people are still coming in when it’s online only” How rude just blurting that out loud and knowing full well that I had just entered and was kicked out of the store by the employee’s… I don’t know if she’s the manager or not but definitely would put a BAD Review under her, please fire employees with an attitude like this… If you don’t like working or don’t like your job, (WHICH SHE MADE IT VERY OBVIOUS) Then don’t work. Simple. 👎🏽. Even her own coworker which was a short young woman looked a bit scared or like shocked bc of the scene this White Tall Woman was making, I hope that worker is okay, thank you for making my bread bites to that short worker. This happened during the evening/night on August 8th, 2023.
