Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

They offer curbside service in light of the pandemic but can't seem to get this right. The online app has you give make, model, and color of your vehicle. I arrived there about 10 minutes after my order was ready, because of traffic on my way home from work. I sent a message saying I've arrive, 15 minutes later an employee walks out with what looks like my order walks up to a completely different car from mine (white BMW sedan vs Gold Honda SUV) and allows that person to open the box and look and breath on the pizza then when she says no he takes it back inside, a few minutes later brings it out to my car and asks for confirmation of my name. I insisted they make my order again since he allowed someone else to open that box and he asks me why. Seriously? And, they've already charged me for a 2 liter coke but apparently they don't have anymore. He tells me it'll be 15 minutes and I tell him I'll wait, 30 minutes later they walk out with a new pizza. For the past year, I've been placing both carryout and delivery orders from this location. During this time, I've tried the pasta, pizza, wings, breadstick dips, sandwiches, and chocolate lava dessert which have all been good, hot, and ready within 30 minutes. I usually order in the afternoons so maybe that's why I've always had positive experiences but even interacting with the staff has been great. I recommend giving this location a try.

OG review: I haven't ordered from Dominos in over a year due to a bad experience, so I finally decided to give them another try. Placing the order was easy, however, after some time, I noticed that my order was stuck on "quality check" for 20+ mins so I called the store to check on the order. I was on hold for a bit but when I got someone on the phone they apologized for the delay, and assured me it was on the way. 10 minutes later my food was delivered just as the instructions indicated, and the food was good. This dominos location has the worst guy working for them! The guy with the long hair and what seemed to be bifocals that he had on, was by far the rudest guy I’ve ever seen working at a pizza place! After our pizzas was ordered and paid for online. Just to give them some time, thinking they were more than likely busy we waited for an hour to pick up our pizzas, after arrival and waiting in the store for about another 15 min with out any employees acknowledging our presence! my wife asked if we can get some help with getting our pizzas and with a counter response we were told “ can you just wait!” And then the guy guy with the long hair walks by my wife and then threatens to ban her from the store for life if she was to cross some red line! These employees should be terminated for such behavior, these kind of actions fall back on the management team.
