I’ve gone here 2 times in the last couple months. Both times it was completely dead. The first time, no one said anything to me at all and I waited for someone to get to me for about 7 or so minutes. I try to be patient bc I am in the food service industry as well. There were 3 workers and it looked as if they were training one another ( 2 of them, one of them being the older lady that has been there for a while). The older lady was too invested on training and talking to the other worker as I stood there waiting. She payed no mind at all. The other worker was dealing with drive thru. I ended up walking out. Decided to try to go again today being Sunday. Walked in and it was dead. Waited there for a couple minutes and a girl said she’d be right with us. Again being 3 workers there and one customer in driver thru. Still waited, and waited. No one came to my daughter and I. We walked out. I looked in the drive thru and there was one car. I understand that just bc there was one car doesn’t mean they did not have a lot to order. But someone was tending to that order. I used to live in the apartments right behind the Walmart and used to go here all the time before the remodel. That same older lady was there and was rude. However, I never had any issues being waited on like that. Especially by the other employees there. I could understand if they were busy with other customers but they were not. Both times I went the older lady was overseeing what the employees were doing instead of letting them do what they needed to do on there own and she could have waited on us. She certainly didn’t care that we were waiting for the time we did. Seem like she was having the other workers do other things instead of waiting on the customers. I feel for the younger workers there bc they do not look happy at all. I feel like someone higher up needs to look into this especially if I customers are seeing this. The older lady is not very nice. Has any body else had this issue at the Dunkin inside? Curious bc it’s happened twice already. Anyways, not like they care but I’ll just stick to Shipleys for donuts and...
Read moreThere was a young lady who worked there who was bringing in a big box of donut boxes through the front door and when she came in she accidentally dropped the boxes. She then started yelling under her breath that no one f’ing helped her to open the door. Me and my friend were sitting next to the door and barley noticed her as it was busy and we were in a middle of a conversation. She then started slamming the donut boxes loudly into the 1 big box right next us as if we were responsible for her mistake. Her other coworker came over to help her and she started telling the coworker that we should have f’ing helped her and that we saw her struggling with the box. I didn’t even notice she came in till she dropped the boxes on the ground! It was very uncomfortable and very rude hearing her curse and blame customers for her dropping something. I didn’t want to escalate the situation by saying anything back because she seemed very upset but me and my friend definitely were bothered by her statements. Maybe if she asked for help someone would have helped her but kindness goes a long way and that was completely inappropriate and not acceptable to start cursing and slamming things down with customers 1 feet away. We ended up leaving not soon after because we didn’t feel comfortable being around someone so hostile over something so little. Learn to communicate better or don’t work customer service. Read moreWish I could give this location 5 stars, but they’ve been really disappointing the last couple of times I’ve been. I have the mobile app and always order ahead, and the last two times that I went it’s taken 20-30 minutes to get my order in the drive through. The first time, there were no other cars in the drive through and it took ten minutes for anyone to speak to me through the speaker. I was annoyed, but I’m a loyal customer. Today, I ordered before work because I was in a rush. I waited 30 minutes before finally receiving my order, and when I pulled up, the drive through attendant was texting on her phone, and complained to me about the prior customer. Not only poor service in every way, but also completely unprofessional behavior. I love Dunkin’ and stop for food and coffee before work all of the time, but with this level of of customer service, I can no longer depend on getting my order in a timely manner, and probably won’t be stopping here again for a while.
Was about to post this review when I realized that they also gave me the wrong drink! I’m extremely lactose intolerant. Not only am I late, I’m going to have stomach problems all night at work due to the drink I took of this, and I didn’t get my coffee before work....
