Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in San Antonio

Wanted to walk up and order but they decided they had to clear the entire drive thru before they could even take my order. Took 20 minutes just for them to take my order. After he said he'd take my order in 10-15 min. I might as well have gone through the drive thru. Why even have a walk up option?? I used to love coming to this location. Now I avoid it if I can. The drinks aren't great anymore, probably from not cleaning the espresso machines like I overheard the employees talking about. Go back to the quality customer service you're known for. Someone sure wanted to help when they saw me taking that picture though

EDIT TO ADD: okay corporate Dutch is on point because they replied to this review and my emails super quickly. They more than fixed the issue and though I may avoid this location I will stand behind the brand because Dutch Bros is just the best. Our favorite location in San Antonio aside from the one over on UTSA blvd and I10, the other locations are horrible and don’t make the drinks how they are supposed to! This location is our go to even though it’s a little out of our way but the staff always make it worth it!! The drinks are made correctly and the manager Amari ( probably spelled her name wrong) has always been so sweet and caring, just as a few others have. We always get sad when our favorite baristas aren’t there because they know us and know our drink orders. Lol. Definitely recommend this location! Keep up the amazing work!!! Aside from that, Dutch bros is our go to coffee place because you get what you pay for unlike the other coffee places that want to charge an arm and a leg for what’s supposed to be a large but really isn’t. DUTCH BROS!!!! We need to talk!! Why do you not have a pumpkin spice drink!! Come on now!! Get it...

This location is hit or miss… never get a consistent coffee or Rebel from them but like most locations, the workers are nice. Anyways… we wanted to pop in and check out the new “Dutch Luv” Valentines drinks and they totally missed the mark. For one thing… no cute sprinkles?!?! I know you didn’t run out 12 hours before Valentines Day people!!! Secondly, the Mocha was okay-ish, it has a hint of strawberry, not sure if it’s because I got a small and there’s just not a good balance of coffee and flavor but it just didn’t do it for me- needs more flavor syrup for sure, maybe you can ask for extra? As for the strawberry cream rebel? I’d call it strawberry fizz maybe. Also missed the mark and WHERE ARE MY SPRINKLES? Lmao It’s not petty, it’s just expected at the beginning of a promo! Do Better...
