Such a cool place! The drinks are unique. I had not heard of hard water kefir anywhere else before. It's like the in between of hard seltzer and kombucha with a variety of flavors. They have a lot of non alcoholic options as well. The staff was very friendly and inviting and took the time to answer any questions I had. I wasn't sure what to make of "hard water kefir", but it's really delightful. No dairy, it's more like a cross between seltzer and kombucha. Low- to no-sugar, fizzy, beautifully flavored, full of probiotics, and 5% alcohol. (They also have soft water kefir options, which is to say, non-alcoholic.) It's a nice light and flavorful drink with a bit of kick, but not heavy or overwhelming. It would be great for a tubing...

Honestly so excited about what this place is bringing to our community and culture. The vibe is welcoming and inclusive, the events are community and arts focused. It's the kind of place San Antonio needs more of!
