I used to come here a long time ago. I stopped coming in 2008 9. They use to be really good with you, understood what you were saying, and listened. But this time day before yesterday I went there because I had called on the phone to get a price on something and I pacifically told him what I need done and he told me over the phone hill told me $65. I said cool OK came in and went to the front desk. Said the same thing, and they turn around and tell me what's gonna be $99. I try to tell the manager. He kind of gave me an attitude and told me. you could go to this other mechanic. That does electronic work, and I said no. The purpose of me telling you so you kw what your works are telling me One thing on the phone. Then I come in, it's a totally different price No way. I told them exactly what I just told the person that was on the phone when I walked into the office the front. Yes, that's all. I was just trying to tell the manager. I wasn't trying to get over on him or anything like that. But that wasn't cool. That front, this guy was guess what? He told me he said oh I want to tell u don't have the warranty. I said what labor don't have no warranty. Yeah, I know that who the hell tells somebody that? I never heard of a mechanic with someone on the front desk to tell somebody. Labor don't have warranty. I never knew labor had a warranty on it. I knew that it never had one as much as I used to go to a mechanic shop all my lot throughout my life. I understand the part that I buy because I told him I was going by the park and pay for the labor. Yeah, I didn't. I was very disappointed. How they treated me and act with me thinking I was stupid. Recently took my truck in for some serious transmission and motor work and had just an overall poor experience. The primary issues is communication, they were always āvery busy at the momentā and either would not call me back after being asked to do so and then when I could get someone on the line they never knew anything about my truck and would kick the can to the other person restarting the whole process. The other major issue is that they seem less inclined to actually diagnose what the core issues are and instead want to throw parts at it until something sticks and the price of labor and parts has grown exponentially. The last straw was after confirming that Iād agreed to a new work estimate they did not do anything to my truck for an entire day and did not bother to call until I reached out at the end of the day only to be asked what the big deal was as it was ājust a tune up for spark plugs.ā We are trying to figure out why my motor is misfiring, a considerably larger deal than a tune up. Then the sales rep proceeded to ARGUE with me about the work that I authorized even though I agreed to the diagnostic based on THE SHOPS RECOMMENDATION. Iām no mechanic but I know equipment & these guys have one of the best alignment machines Iāve ever seen. The tech was very transparent & showed me (& explained) the alignment before & after results. Mr. Polo even took time to go with me to test drive my vehicle to verify the alignment corrected my problems; which were shaking, pulling of the steering wheel, & a bouncy ride. Mr Polo offered to also rebalance my tires for free with his robust balancing machine.
I just had a different tire company install all 4 new tires (& thatās where we noticed the uneven tire wear) & the tire company recommended I use Rodriguez Point S for the alignment since they themselves didnāt have the capabilities. Iām glad I took their advice because the crew at Rodriguez Point S were very fast, professional & welcoming. I recommend them for all your tire needs or alignments. They offer several other services but I didnāt use them. Just from what Iāve seen, Iām sure their great customer service, quality of their work, & quality of their equipmentā¦.. you wonāt be disappointed.
