Shame on me! This is twice now, that I Judge the book by its cover and I refused to stop at this location due to its cover. Then, for some strange reason, I decided to stop in. WOW šÆ just opening the door, I was hit with the smell of baking. I stepped in and paused. The employee looked at me strangely, and then asked, everything OK? I explained to her that I could not believe the bakery aroma was so awesome. I explained to her that I donāt get this aroma much when going to other bakeries. And she explained to me how many bakeries do not bake any more, they bring the bread in from elsewhere, and we do all the baking here. I looked over the baked goods and noticed some details of good quality. So I ordered a couple of my childhood favorites and two items that are pretty difficult to make well. Plus, some extras for my coworkers for testing. Had to try one driving to work. I was definitely in awe with the flavor, the freshness, and the Bakers quality. However, is this quality available daily? As for my first visit, Iāll go out on a limb, and say this may be one of the best sweet breads in town. Should be a long line out the door. Thank you fiesta bakery! A job well done, keep up the good...
