Poor ownership “spoke to the owner on site” Terrible leadership/management If zero stars were available I’d choose that. Please take yourself to a different location. As you can see a lot of poor reviews comes from poor management and poor customer service. This location is by far the worst at either. Walked in 2 hrs before closing, not one guest in line and we were not greeted or acknowledged when entering the establishment, we waited while looking at 4 staff members while they basically were screwing around, laughing and doing everything but working. I am in customer service myself and this was horrible. We decided to walk out before talking to the owner for a brief second, he was a joke to say the least, offering a free sandwich but no apology or never addressed his staff. To which they looked on to a few of very disrespected customers. I don’t want “free” I want quality. In other words folks stay CLEAR of this location. It needs some major help. I proceeded to take my business else where. To my surprise I spoke with fellow associates of mine and they had nothing but negative things to say about that location as well, stating “they’ve even heard from a different location o about the horror stories they’ve heard from the nacodoghes location as well “sad because they have just opened a few weeks ago. I know they are franchised out but I will be making some phone calls today to voice my opinion and concern. Who ever is in charge there and in control of hiring and training needs to sadly say be “tossed out”

Read moreManagement needs to bring someone from another location, an experienced employee to help with the flow of a newly opened location, to show new employees the process and help them get quicker and more efficient. The new promo was nice but it slammed traffic on a staff still learning the ropes. I get bringing more business but employees were overwhelmed with the foot traffic.
One employee each is dedicated to each individual area: meats/taking orders, grill, veggies, and cash register. This made for a lot of standing guests who had ordered but were waiting around for orders.
I think the promo should have been held off until the employees either have more help or were more trained to handle heavy foot traffic.
Also, I’m not sure who the manager was on staff, but please get more coverage. You need at least one person dedicated to mobile orders and the rest on in person foot traffic. You had employees in the sandwich making line doing all mobile orders while in person guests waited on all mobile orders.
I can see this places potential, but you have to have some patience while visiting here, and you may be waiting a bit for your food order. Would not recommend for visiting on a time crunch like lunch hour.
I just wish Jersey Mikes had more training for their employees, I felt bad for the stress new employees experienced at this new location.

Read moreSo I ordered ahead to make sure my order was ready by the time I got there, stopped at heb beforehand and when I go there they hadn't even started working on my sanwich. There were 5 people behind the counter with only one person making sandwiches. No one was working the griddle to get hot sandwiches ready and they were just joking around with some high-school kids in the seating area. Last time I went the service was stellar and my sanwich was hot when I got it. This time the service was terrible and the sandwich was barely warm. Every time I come back to this location it gets worse. This time my hot sandwich wasn't even warm when they handed it to me. I was waiting for a bit and they told me it wasn't ready, but it turns out it was sitting on the counter the whole time. I can drive to the one off of bulverde and its still hot when I get home. Im just not going to order from this location...
