Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Not at all satisfied with our ordering experience this evening, from delivery, customer service, to problem resolution. We've ordered from this location many times before, this is the first time we've had a bad experience. When I called to discuss the issues, it was obvious that the staff was in a mad rush to close the shop and go home because the manager on duty (Janis) had no remorse with the order errors. My 1 star was so I could post my review. It should have been no stars.

I placed a web-order around for a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza, the first half is a build your own, while the second half gives you an option to select from the choices which I did. I selected a Eugene's Supreme and focused on building the other half. Why would I select the drop down option for a Supreme if I had to build it. Confusing. THEN, we ordered cinnamon sticks, icing and extra cinnamon, ceaser salad and a 2L soda. Well what was delivered, was the pizza, icing, ranch dressing, extra cinnamon and pizza sauce. No salad, no soda, and no meat on the Eugene Supreme. Not too mention, the dough on the pizza was hard like rock. This was our dinner choice this evening amongst other pizzerias in the area, bad choice When I called to find out what happened to our order, the only thing Janis could tell me was, well we can make another pizza but we are closing soon. And when I explained about the obvious errors of delivering icing and cinnamon with no cinnamon sticks, she said they never question it because customers order it all the time without the bread sticks.

I am not frustrated with the fact we didn't get our complete order, I am frustrated about what is happening in our society nowadays. What happened to the motto "take pride in your work" do companies not care any more about customer service and quality? We appreciate hard work trust me, we own a business and we do our damnedest to provide professional, quality service for our customers. If they are not satisfied, well guess what, we go back out there until they are.

Unfortunately, our experience this evening is not going to motivate us...

Pizza is delicious. Manager/owner is not so nice. They put out coupons for free pizza with no limits on other than one coupon per visit. After my neighborhood friends allowed me to have their coupons, I was allowed to use them until the second from the last day the coupon was to expire when she asked if I worked for the post office and basically accused me of stealing mail (a federal offense). The next day I called to use a coupon and she lied to me by saying they were out of small dough. I had my neighbors call and their small order went in fine. I called back and someone else answered so I was able to place my order. Once we arrived, she said she would not honor our coupon. As a past retail manager and a now present accountant, I offered to give her advice on how to fix the coupons but she was clearly upset with the fact that the coupons were being used (wasn't that why they sent them out?) All in all, they have struggled before and unless customer service improves, I am sure they will continue...

Haven’t ordered in awhile because they have delivered to the wrong address multiple times. I never wrote reviews but enough is enough. Once again my wife and I decide to order from them because they have good pizza. After 1 hour and 10 min I called and they said the delivery driver left 5 min ago. I said “please make sure it goes to this address it’s been sent the last few times to a similar address”. The manager assured me that he would let the driver know. 20 min later with myself having to go to work I call again knowing that they probably delivered to the wrong address. A woman answered and instead of saying hey let me discount your pizza and we will make you a new one. Well you got to go to work so we will just credit your money. No! Make things right! I’m in the service industry and honestly poor management job. I hope you guys can figure something out. I want to see small business succeed.
