Jimmy John's — Restaurant in San Antonio

On 5 April 2025, I craved a jimmy sandwich and went to this location. When I approached the counter, the very tall man that I saw making sandwiches was NOT at all wearing a hair net on his long hair that went to his shoulders, before I could speak this man ask me to be patient to the foreign man that would take my order. My response was sure I understand! Then I was able to address the fact that the sandwich maker was not wearing a hair net on his head. I asked him why wasn’t wearing a hair net and could he put one on, his response was to laugh and make smart remarks, I then apologized to the new man at the register and stated, that I decided to not order a sandwich at all and have a blessed day, then I walked out listening to the No Hair Net wearing long hair man make fun of this situation! Absolutely disgusting how they treat people. Ordered from them last Saturday and had it delivered to work. We decided to order again on Sunday but when I called they refused to deliver to us and was very rude about it. They are exactly 1.1 miles from my work but claimed they are suddenly out of our area. So we sent one of our employees to pick up food. When she returned they had our order wrong! So we called and asked if they could deliver the correct ones or bring us our money back. They refused to do either! There almost 200 employees and my restaurant and they have now lost business from any of us. Poor customer service! I recommend you stay away from this place. This Jimmy John's is by far the worst! They are always messing up my order so i stopped ordering from them. Last time they messed up my order I was told that they were adding a credit for my next order under my phone number. I would have rather had my refund but I agreed. Months go by so I couldn't remember who i spoke with but I called back assuming that they added the credit under my number as promised and not only could they not find any credit, the man was so rude!! I still placed an order for 3 sandwhiches to the same location and after payment i realize i was charged $2 delivery fee for EACH sandwhich even though they were being delivered to the same location!!!!
