Update: my mom LOVES KFC so we went and tried them one last time last month; drive thru. Now my mom is an elderly veteran and I know via DT you can’t tell who your customer is, but there is no need to rudely rush people no matter who they are. My mom hadn’t had her glasses so was asking about price difference between a family meal bucket vs a few box meals and what came with each. Thinking they just had trouble hearing us due to construction behind us, we pulled around to the window to finalize the order and over something as small as no gravy on our potatoes (not because it’s gross but because she has an allergy to it) some really rude girl came between the guy and the window, and informed him loud enough for us to hear that she “doesn’t have all day to figure out this order”, and I’d literally just told him add in an extra meal for a friend but he told me it would be a little bit of a wait for ?the biscuits or whatever, so oh yes she DID in fact have the time. Just not the desire to serve.
It’s always something, and I spoke up clearly annoyed but still polite and asked her if she can please just do her job, sorry we took 3 minutes extra to decide but it’s been a long day and we’re ready now; she decided to roll her eyes and at that point I was ready to slap her so we just left. We will not return to this location, as this kind of issue (poor poor service) is REPEATEDLY AN ISSUE in the last two years especially. I liked it better when Jesse managed and his ex gf coworker spray painted dirty emoji on the outside walls in revenge. 🙄
Had a pickup order. Arrived five minutes late. Walked in and no service for a few minutes, then finally (?Brandon I think) the shift manager came when I flagged him down, and told me he had no order for me. Then turned around and found a few tickets and yep, mine WAS printed there, but they hadn’t started it yet. Took twenty minutes and it was literally one kfc bowl and there wasn’t anybody ahead of me. No communication - maybe they had to peel potatoes and shuck the corn? 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️✊🏽 No thanks for your wait or anything...
Read moreI came to this restaurant today and in the process of getting to the restaurant I had been trying to contact my friends that were busy moving furniture from one place to another it took me a while to get a hold of them. I had already placed my order by the time I finally reached my friends, however when I got to the drive up window I added three more meals to my order. It was going to be a 20 minute wait, however I was fine with this as it was for Popeyes and I know they are not always heavily stocked on this item. At any rate I just want to express my gratitude to the staff at that restaurant on this day February 25th of 2022 for the excellent customer service and the curiosity that they showed me while adding meals to my order right there at the drive-thru window and then expediting the order out to me as quickly as possible with the smile on their face! Way to go team members of Kentucky fried Chicken on Fredericksburg road right there by wurzbach road! Read moreHad an experience here that prompted me to call corporate. I've been ordering online since the pandemic started and all that time I picked up via drive through. My last trip I pulled up to the (empty) drive through and was rudely informed of the new policy of online orders must be picked up within the store. When I asked if an exception could be made I was told "you can talk to my manager but he will tell you the same thing". When the manager came to the intercom I explained my situation of being severely immunocompromised but was told there was no possible way that they could hand me my order through the drive through (I will note that the manager was less rude than the other employee but not by much). I would of canceled my order then and there if I didn't have someone relying on the meal. I will not return to KFC until this "policy" is changed and I will not return to this KFC in particular until the employees are taught about accommodation and customer service.
