Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in San Antonio

Update:

I went to this Krispy Kreme on 15 August 21 for a revisit. They were out of the raspberry filled donuts 🍩. However, they did have their new signature promtional donuts the smores.

However, everytime I visit this Krispy Kreme they seem to always be out of some type of donut. I know its more later in the evening. However, I would recommend to management to update their production schedule to supply the demand of the rasberry filled donuts. Lastly, the staff was nice and made alternative recommendations that worked out in the end.

I increased the experience from three to four stars.

This was an average experience. Although I went to this location in the evening they were almost out of all donuts. I almost decided to leave but ended up purchasing a dozen.

This location needs to do a better job with managing stock throughout the whole day. Customers in the morning should be just as important as customers in the evening.

Also, they need to bring back the powdered strawberry donuts as a normal item. I don't know why they got rid of it but its one of the reasons I stopped going to Krispy Kreme...

The worst location I have been to! Placed a order on app for pickup, showed up and the employee looked at me and said oh we are sold out. I asked why didn't you notify me so I wouldn't have to drive all the way here? He said "corporate doesn't let us remove anything even if its sold out" makes no sense. He just stood there and said sorry - I told him well I want my refund. He walked to the back and grabbed what I assume was a manager (another Inept employee) and he said fine you can expect it in about 5 buss days. I left very upset. The next morning I decided to just show up at 7am and use the drive through, slow as molasses literally- took me 25 minutes to get donuts. I asked for one each of the Barbie Collab - only received 3 (missing 1) and it was not even as advertised in the cute Barbie boxes, also ordered 2 plain for my kid and 2 chocolate- all the donuts were cold, freezer cold! I only realized these mistakes once I had reached my children's school for drop off and had no time to go back. Needless to say I would not want to go back to deal with the employees here, they need to do...

Ok to everyone that is locatedon this Southeast area. Do not get these FREE warm doughnuts. The a white guy at 2nd and 1st shift that is the manager. Has a personal problem because I am homeless and i only go in there to get those FREE warm doughnuts. I feel that it ain't right that he told his employee a to give me a doughnut that was not even cooked well. He just so happened to be making the dough in the machine for they could get fluffed and ready to eat. Well mine was swelled up doughnut that was NOT cooked right from the inside. "MADE MY STOMACH HURT" I feel that this is not fair and discriminating me, because I am unable to purchase one. And i am homeless with my bags . Me and my husband. He and the other manager young hispanic female. Seemed to both have a problem with HOMELESS people or I don't know. But something needs to be done about this.
