Routinely does not have their menu board, drive thru system, or sign lit up during open hours. I'm not sure if the staff is not trained properly or if there it's not a manager on-site that early that knows how to open the store, however several times in the morning I have come through the drive-thru and gotten an automated message saying they are closed. Only to either be acknowledged shortly afterwards and asked for my order, or I am not acknowledged it all and left in the Drive-Thru wondering if they are actually open or not. This would benone thing if it was shortly after they are supoosed tonbe open. But 30 mins to even an hour later, and the menu board still isn't lit up and the automated message still plays? It's disappointing to not only not be greeted immediately, but to drive around after waiting a bit after an automated message with no response to see another, or multiple vehocles in line who have obviously had their orders taken. There's no reason for this. It would be one thing if I could just drive around the building & get back in line. But because of the setup ofnthis location, you have to go completely around the block to do that as you cannot exit & go left out of the parking lot. Bad business, bad setup, lost revenue, and will not return to this location if needed. When you can't even have a staff that knows how to open a store, that's a problem. No, it is not because ofnthe pandemic or lack of staffing etc. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year. Lately it has been worse but when mentioned to the staff, they shrug it off and don't seem to care. Read moreCame 5/23/2021. Walked in and sat down. Staff walked by us multiple times and looked right at us but never acknowledged us even after looking at our table and seeing we had no drinks yet. I finally stopped one of the servers (Jose) and said,"hey can we get some service please?" He asked what I wanted to drink but did not ask my mom and left. He kept coming by the area several times to bring everyone else around us their things and never brought my drink or asked to take our order. Another group sat down at the table next to us and he went to ask them what they wanted to drink as he handed them straws and I told him to please get aomeone else to help us because he still has not brought my drink but he has managed to help everyone else around us including the new group that sat down. He went and spoke to the Manager (Jose Luis) and then informed us the manager would come see us. Yeah, that never happened. At this point we had been sitting for half an hour with no service. We waited another 10 minutes and I went up to the front to speak to (Jose Luis) but he was on the phone. Another server, Jesus, asked if there was something he could help me with. I explained our experience thus far and he came over to take our order. He explained that Jose is new to which I replied that it is not an excuse because he could have easily asked someone to help him if he was having trouble, but no, he left us sitting there. Not to mention, the manager, Jose Luis, still never came by to see if everything was okay. This was, by far, my worst customer service experience ever. I recommend hiring a new manager. Read moreOh this place. I want to dislike it because my experience could have been so much better, but they have a lot of positive things going on. Went on a Saturday night. Ordered beef fajita nachos, chicken fajita nachos, a lime margarita and a strawberry margarita. Order was placed in the drive thru. Total order was about $44 dollars. Ordered at the drive thru and then asked to park in a numbered parking spot. The order took a long, long time to come out. Tried to be understanding because it was a Saturday night, but the wait time was still excessive. The service was slow, but sooo friendly. I could not be upset. The two staff we spoke with were kind, cheerful and courteous. Got the food home and no sour cream or guacamole. Location was too far to go back for these items. I had to do without. The nachos were good because and they did remember the jalapenos and green salsa. They could have been amazing with the sour cream and guacamole. The margaritas...the lime one was spot on delicious. The strawberry one was not very strawberry. I stirred it continuously hoping the syrup was at the bottom, nope. I paid an extra dollar for strawberry. It was a strawberry -ish margarita, but it didn't go to waste. So, I would give this place another try, but maybe not on a Saturday night. Next time I will try to order inside and verify my guac and sour cream...
