I had a negative experience because in the small waiting area, the one for customers to wait on orders, it was being occupied by the restaurant owner's family (2 women, and 3 children ). There was 1 seat left out of 7 chairs, but I couldn't sit there because the little kids kept running around and kicking the chairs. The business owner did nothing to stop it. I just find it weird that any business owner would let their own family disturb other paying customers. I felt so uncomfortable I had to go wait in my car. What's the point of the waiting area with chairs if its occupied by your family all day? Its a place of business, and when people come to spend their money the last thing they want is to be disturbed by kids. On a positive note, at least they brought the food out to me in the car. The hot and sour soup is always delicious, and I love the portion sizes. I'm sure the negative experience I had isn't typical here, but I just hope it doesn't become common practice.

We have gone to Lee's kitchen for over two years and I have never been so disappointed on the food was made for me. We ordered lemon chicken and found this in our plate. It was all bread, It was very soggy . I called to ask if they would make an other plate and started drive over there. On the way I received a call back . The lady that answered the phone ,told they were not going to exchange or give a refund. SHE TOLD ME ,THAT THE CHEFF SAID ,I NEED TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO GET FOOD. On the left is the bread.

If you're looking for standard American Chinese food (for takeout, since there's no dining room), this is fine. My daughter liked it, and my picky son ate some of the hot and sour soup. If they used a little less salt in the soup, I think it would be better, and the fried rice was a bit dry. I liked the fried dumplings and the beef with mushrooms. It was good enough to earn a future visit. Note: they offer free food in exchange for 5 star reviews, so I'd assume that's where a lot of them come from.

The worst Chinese ever. It was my wife and my 13th anniversary, she wanted Chinese, so we decided to try a new place. Took almost 90 minutes to get the food, it was after 3pm on the 30th of Dec. I ordered the $10 appetizer, the meat was tough, the breaded shrimp was bland and all bread, and the Chicken was just nasty. Then the Crab Ragoon was all breading. The Egg rolls were good. Then our meals, wife had Cashew Chicken, it was mostly celery, water chestnuts, and Cashews and very little Chicken. The Fried Rice was dry and did not taste right. Then my meal General Tsao Chicken. Same issue with the Fried Rice, but the Chicken was absolutely terrible. When I called to inform the gentleman said they could replace the food if we still had the old. He said they have had other complaints about the General Tsao. I explained we could not get our kids to eat it, which says a lot, they eat everything, but the kicker is not even our dogs would eat it. So we threw it in the garbage. I was told they never give out refunds after food leaves the store. But they would replace with the return of old food. Explained we just wanted refund not new nasty food. Ended up going to McDonalds for food. Happy Anniversary to my wife. ...

Took an hour, arrived cold and was missing our cream cheese ragoon. The shrimp with lobster sauce was so cold I thought I was eating sushi! This was over priced and charged delivery. I would expect more if I pay you to bring it here when other places offer no delivery charge. My daughter would not eat the rice who loves fried rice. My other childs sesame chicken was cold and he would not eat it. I simply requested for my receipt to be mailed to me since I originally ordered at 11:19 and 12:26 [I called when I found part of my order missing after signing the receipt] and told the missing item be there right away maybe 15 minute drive in traffic from my house. By 12:58. I requested a refund on only what I did not receive and was on the phone for 9 minutes and talked to three different people. The women who was the second said maybe it was cold because of weather. The driver said he got it there in time. Over an hour is fine to wait if I receive warm food at least. They refused to send me a receipt in the mail for my part of my order I didn't receive. Then told me to come to then after I tried to explain I work overnights and had to make my children something else because of the poor quality of food...

I tried this place, at the recommendation of a friend. I’ve had a hard time finding really good Chinese lately. Anyhow - I will NOT order from them again. We spend $56 on our order (which is the most I’ve ever spent for my family of 3 on Chinese food). All I could think was “this better be amazing.” Spoiler alert - it wasn’t. First of all, my daughter had the lemon chicken and egg drop soup. The egg drop soup tasted RANCID. It had such a wang-y taste. We both took one bite and threw it away. My guy ordered the Mongolian Beef. There was SO MUCH SAUCE. It was basically all sauce and veggies with very little beef…and the sauce was WAY too salty. He could only eat a few bites, because the saltiness was so overpowering. I ordered Kun Pao chicken. It was the most bland Kung Pao Chicken I’ve ever had. There was NO spiciness to it…and no salt. Probably because they put it all in the Mongolian Beef. And - my dish had more celery than anything else. It was NOT good. Plus, my dish was supposed to come with rice…and it didn’t not. The egg rolls were the only decent thing about the entire experience. Do NOT waste your time or...
