Compared to other Little Caesar's restaurants I've been to, this one is more limited in its offerings. It has the usual Hot-N-Ready pepperoni pizzas available for quick pickup, as well as breadsticks, but they haven't had anything else ready-made when I have come in, even if it was advertised as such.
For example, the last time I visited, I wanted the Hot-N-Ready deep dish pizza and Italian cheese bread combo. They didn't have any, so I ended up waiting 15 minutes while they made it from scratch. While this is not normally a problem (fresh-made and all), if it was advertised as Hot-N-Ready, then I expect it to actually be ready for immediate pickup.
The variety of pizzas available is sadly limited. Only four main types are available: pepperoni, three meat, supreme, and deep dish. The place I frequented in Virginia had nearly a dozen varieties available.
The coordination in the place seemed to be lacking as well. There were probably six people working, but no one really seemed to know what was going on. One person helped me, one person worked the drive-through, one person was counting out a register, and there were more people in the back. With that many people, and it being around 5pm, I would have expected a lot more activity in terms of making sure orders were taken promptly and there were sufficient pizzas available.
The Virginia restaurant would make a new pizza when one was taken from the hot box, as the cashier would call back to the cooks about what was removed. During the 15 minutes I was there, I don't think I heard any sort of notifications being supplied to the cooks. This probably explains why they didn't seem to have a large stock of Hot-N-Ready items.
The quality of the food is fine, i.e. met expectations. However, the lack of variety compared to other places is sad. I understand that, being right outside a military base might make it easier to manage if there are fewer options, but apart from lunch time, I can't see a reason to limit the...
Read moreI ordered two pizzas was told it would be a 15 minute wait I agreed 35 mins later no one came out I approached a worker whom walked outside I asked if she knew of it would be much longer her response was "I'm not the one who took your order" I got off walked to the counter no one acknowledged me then was asked what was you order let them know what it was and everyone looked confused the manager Alex then walked to the register and said what did you order I repeated myself and she said ma'am I'm not the one who took your order so idk what you had I then asked for my money back and I asked what happened when one of her employees clearly took my order and my money but my order was never placed she then states it wasn't me so Idk why you were waiting outside. At that point no apology no recognition that they made a mistakes I asked for her name and she said it's on your receipt which I never received then she proceeded to have an attitude as if I'm the one who was wrong and finally gave me my money back and say something we'll have a nice day ma'am. Clearly this franchise has no clue what customer service is not does this manager understand the meaning of it. At the least an apology or empathy at the fact that the employees dropped the ball...

Upon my arrival, I was not greeted and waited about 3 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me because they were all hanging out, music turned up, not working. Finally the person working the register asked for my name, she told me my order wasn’t there and said I can just do it right now. I had my two kids in the car which was the point of me placing an order ahead, I did not have time to wait. The front clerk then goes and gets an old pizza that looks like it’s been sitting there all day, opens the box and then asks me “is this okay?” I then ask to speak to the manager, who again, is standing there talking to her coworkers in the back. The manager, Ashley, then comes rolling to the front with a stank look on her face as if it isn’t her job to take care of customers. Ashley didn’t even greet me, she didn’t apologize and had a horrible attitude. On my way out the door I told her to fix her damn attitude and the rest of the crew started yelling comments which is why I went back inside, as well as the manager. No wonder this location is TRASH.
