Long John Silver's — Restaurant in San Antonio

This is the worst Long John's I've ever eaten at we went at 920p and the Lil boy working the drive thru said they were closed. But I specifically called during the day to see what time they closed She said dining room closes at 9p and that drive thru closed.at 10p. Then when we were waiting for the food we saw the guys dunking and dunking the food didn't think of anything but he was doing that because he must have been putting our food in the cold oil. He was mad because In assuming because we showed up at 920p and they close at 10p My food has never been so greasy I have pictures my husband's hand looks like they were wet but it was just the grease. I've worked fast food. It's not hard to cook. But they manage to mess up our dinner. This will be the last time I ever eat there. I hope those boys learn how to cook and how to treat customers. Because they were so rude and not courteous. Please get some real employees and not the horrible ones...

The food is the same as any other location. What sets this location apart is hands down the customer service. I've come to this one several times and the drive-thru service is the best in San Antonio and nobody can convince me otherwise. So far all the workers at the window have been young guys that are just so laid back in the nicest, friendliest way ever. They don't ever have those attitudes of hating their jobs like so many fast food workers do. Not that I blame them. Been there, done that. But these guys are always so polite and just seem like happy kids overall. I have a LJS closer to me but I drive to this one specifically for the customer service. If management is reading this... GIVE YOUR...

It was terrible. The rush hour traffic moves faster than the line to order food. 8 minutes to help the the lady right in front of us. I finally realized the cashier was in training but no one was helping her. It was raining on the outside and also on the inside. This building leaks all over leaving very few places to sit. We finally got our food but seeing the filthy condition of the dinning room we were afraid to eat. I apologized to my guests and excused myself to the restroom. The sign on the door said they cleaned the restroom every 30 minutes but by the gross look of it I had to assume it was probably every 30 days. Don't go to this Long John Silvers. The one at S W. Military....
