This is the worst McDonald's hands down. I have the mobile app, and I order on the app. Last week they said the were having problems with app and couldn't see the order that they were down the last couple of days. They wanted me to cancel and place my order at the window. That didn't seem right as it was technically paid for and I didn't want to be charged a 2nd time and wait for a refund, because refunds are not instant as we all know. I was upset, but they were able to work it out with me and got my food. A week later thinking everything should be cool, I ordered from my app to redeem points. It was both using my pts and paying. I get there and guess what. Same problem, so frustrating that that IT was STILL NOT WORKING. Why in the world does the app let you make an order. At least reroute me to the next McDonald's that is working. This time I used points, so no way was I going to cancel and pay for something I was redeeming for free. And wait a week to get points back. This person who claimed to be a manager came to the window, very annoyed like I was inconveniencing her, all she said was you getting refunded. What she failed to understand that points don't get refunded right back. So I couldn't cancel and order at the window. She had no interest in resolving the issue. I still wanted my food, again not asking her to refund, but I wanted what I paid for. She kept saying I would be refunded again that was not what I wanted. She proceeded to say it wasn't her fault that it wasn't working. And I understand that, but it most certainly wasn't mine. As a manager you would think you would take some type of accountability for the inconvenience it's causing a customer. But she simply said "I'm just an employee. We'll ma'am you shouldn't be a manager then. She kept rolling her eyes and had that whatever attitude and didn't care about resolving a simple issue. So after back and forth , she decided she didn't want to argue anymore and asked what I ordered, still with attitude and asked me to pull forward. I was honest about what i ordered, I could have lied but I didn't. I'm not that type of person. She handed me the food and I called her over to ask her name and she said she wouldn't give it to me. Same attitude, who cares whatever. This person has absolutely no customer service skills, cannot deescalate only makes situation worse. Plus as expected all the food was cold and old. I wasn't going to wait any longer for fresh food, besides that would have been a whole other argument. I ended up throwing away the food and I didn't get my points back. This is totally unacceptable. Definitely not the action of a manager or lead or someone charge. I go to this mcdonalds a lot. And out of the whole crew, there's only one good employee in the morning in the drive thru. Read moreThis McDonald's is terrible, and I don't mean the food. The majority of the people there are rude and have terrible customer service skills. I was there around 10 or so, and the line was ridiculously long, of course, and we waited in line for almost 30 mins. I should have left, but I was tired and just wanted my meal and leave. When the truck in front of us didn't order anything, she hands the manager on duty a paper, and the manager proceeded to give a job interview. She is just talking to her like there is no one else waiting for their orders in the drive-through. 7 mins later, she finally finished, and now it's my turn. We asked about our order because on the menu it shows the 2 mcrib specials with a basket of fries and a drink but they say the drink isn't included. She tells us it's just a suggestion which of course makes no sense, but whatever, then we ask were you just giving an interview and she says 'oh no it wasn't an interview' I say really because you have like 20 plus in line that have been waiting for a long time and your giving an interview. She said it was one of her employees who needed something turned in. I said then that should be conducted inside the building if she is one of your employees. Now, this manager is going to ignore me and decide to tell me that my order is normally not offered through the drive-through, but she will honor it anyway. I'm like, well, if it's on your menu, your darn right, you better honor it. Finally left. This isn't the first time things have happened, and I'm not the only one. I've tried to give them a chance because it's close to home, but I'm done with this location. When the muffins and cinnamon rolls were offered, they had those too on their menu, and when we tried to order, they said oh sorry not e eey store carries them." They why have them on your menu. Oh, it's a standard menu 🙄. The Acosta family are the owners of this and few other locations, but this one seems to be the worst. I don't know where they find their employees, but they need to be fired. I don't recommend this location and I would check my bags every time because they charge you and don't give...
Read moreI went to this location this morning because my daughter wanted McDonald's. We ordered 2 big breakfast with hot cakes and a number 6 meal sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle her drink was Apple juice, 2 lg OJ and 1 small coffee with 2 cream and 3 suger,and the food that I did get was colder and did not received my cream or suger for my coffee.They parked me and I was waiting on a simple order took 30min so I went inside to what was taking so long and they where not even working my food I called the bagger to where's my food and I told her that I'm the park car and she ask me for my receipt so that made me more mad because i was the only parked in reserved 1 so i went back outside for me receipt so when I came in I gave it the manager personally so Irene bagged my order and gave me 2 apple pies for the inconvenience. I grabbed my bag an left when I dropped my daughter to school she ask me where's my drink so I called back an talked with an employee about my missing apple juice in the middle of the call my daughter was calling me back so I hanged up on the employee to see what was wrong not know she didn't get her whole meal not just the apple juice so I'm already late. I called back an spoke with Manager Irene I told her what I was missing and she did not apologize but she did offered to replace my meal and I told her that's not good enough my daughter is going to eat 2 apple pies all day really so Irene offers 2 sandwiches and when I said that's not good enough so your manager irene said " well what do you want me to do I already gave you extra sandwiches... i could replace only what we missed, is that what you want" it made me feel like because I'm fat that's what I wanted to shut me up. NO in fact I want my money back she said ok and I ask her name she said Irene and she hang up the phone on my so I said Wow okay I'm going to give a review on Acosta's McDonald's an see if he really care about his customers and how the staff treats his customers.
