Ths location seems to mess up my order a bit everytime somehow but the food is good. I either don't get my fries or they are tumped over upside down or I didnt get the nugget sauce I asked for. My last visit, the bag of apple's were about to be expired and my Happy Meal toy was old cuz the Disney ticket contest had expired months ago.
*Update 1 year later: The ap also needs to be better. They have me click on the code without asking me what I want 1st and if they don't have whatever I'm trying to get, it acts like I got that and don't let me get anything else, so then I can't use the ap for like another 15-30min and I'm stuck in the line. They don't care if you need dipping sauce or what kind you want. They just throw whatever sauce in the bag if any at all and you have to ask for ketchup for your fries. The fries were cold and not filled to the top. Not saying they are rude, but they aren't friendly. They take your money, give you change, hand you your bag and that's it, no words exchanged at all. I always say thank you! I guess nobody is happy to work anymore these days.
Update another year later 4-15-25 almost 10pm..still NOT FRIENDLY, You could be sitting there for 10 minutes at the window and they don't come up to you and ask what you wanted, because they didn't give you the sauce you asked for, that was written on the receipt. You can't even tell if it's open when there's nobody in line.And it looks like the lights are off.Cause the tint is so dark and you don't see any cars in the parking lot. My dude Said they gave him a regular drink instead of a large and possibly a larger fry than he asked, sir, but he got his sauce and they didn't give me mine.That was written on the receipt and he said it looks like they cheated him on the patty for his big mac but it still tasted fresh lol.    Read moreI don't review fast food restaurants. This is my very first attempt at doing so. Why does McDonald's of all places get a 5 star rating? I'll tell you why; because out of all the McDonald's that I ever been to, the one on WW White Rd in San Antonio was the cleanest, most professional, hard-working and hospitable stores. When I walked in, I was skeptical of how my experience would go because at many other McDonald's stores, cashiers look lost, move slow, and have no people skills whatsoever.
McDonald's is already a bad choice for most of the time because fast food really isn't good for you anyway. I stopped in for a quick cup of coffee and Cashier "Edina" was lively and professional and friendly. She greeted me appropriately took my order promptly and we even ended up having a nice micro chat about coffee. The rest of the crew in the back looked happy and busy and laughing and chatting but working hard equally.
You don't see that in a McDonald's these days. It's very hard to find. I usually feel gross eating at McDonald's but, today around 5-6 PM, Monday evening I was very pleased with my experience l. The ambience was filled with laughing and at times "shrieking" kids but, the mother seemed very caring and playful and did not yell at the kid. It was a great sit-in experience and trumps most of my coffee-shop experiences.
PS. If there's one thing I'd suggest, get coconut flavors for your coffee, you'll be pleasantly surprised just how hydrating and flavorful it makes the coffee. To end this review, I applaud you all for your hospitality, I will be...
   Read moreif i could give 0 star would. i just went through the line, it was decently sized and i ordered online but waited in line instead of skipping around like most would. i didnât know i was supposed to tell them my order at the speaker so we pull up at the window and we tell the lady we had an online order and she gets an attitude and very VERY snarkly told us next time say that at the speaker. we see this lady every time we come and she always has an attitude especially while talking over the speaker so we just ignored it because itâs expected at this point. at the next window i get my coffee, i had ordered a large vanilla iced coffee, with double caramel drizzle, sugar, and whip, and i noticed it barely had any caramel and just asked if i could get a cup with a little bit of drizzle in it because i ordered double drizzle. the girl at the window got the manager and she came over with an attitude telling us it was in the cup. i explained i had ordered double caramel and she rudely told us it was in the cup and you could tell she was annoyed by the look on her face annd she told us weâd have to pay for the caramel i had paid extra for already. we just leave and i take a drink and they didnât even put the sugar in it. worst customer service ever. youâd think a manager would do better and maybe make sure her employees were better but you canât expect anything more for...
