McDonald's — Restaurant in San Antonio

Chairs and when I was greeted he turned around and he grabbed his cup and said he wasn't taking my order then he was turned around and said no I'm just playing so the manager she was standing right there and there was a drive-thru manager as well but he was taking orders trying to push his line the manager that was there at this time she was calling back a order and started like she's trying to run stuff but turned around we're waiting for our order my order was too large fries and one and the second order was two hamburgers and a classic Spurs pack with three sweet teas so I spend roughly about 25 26 bucks give or take I had this customer that she ordered to dip ice cream cones he said I'm sorry I can't make it cuz I don't know how to make it so he asked the other employee that was next to him the crew person and he was like yeah I want I know how to make it but I'm on break if you're on break why are you next to the register helping and then when it's a dipped cone you decide not to help so he kept on taking orders and the lady is saying please can you make my two cones so I can leave the manager came up and say oh I don't see you order in the screen can I see your receipt we've already been waiting there over 15 minutes her foot her to dip cones and me for my order the gentleman that was for orders after me had the same exact thing but his was no onions he got his order before me instead of apologizing or saying sorry for the wait she just handed me my food and was like okay have a good day I was like I ordered 2 large fries and I don't have any ketchup or sweet and sour sauce so she went instead of just saying okay I'm sorry I get that for you she just threw them in my bag very rude disrespectful not even once said I'm sorry she didn't say sorry to the lady was standing next to me and I keep telling her they're dipped cones and she rolled her eyes and finally made the cones if y'all decide I used to work for Ned Stagg say 6 years ago we had we had standards but now I think it's all fun and games and since it's like that why should we keep coming to this establishing and it's A3 minute walk from my house if that's the case I'd rather waste another extra 3 minutes and go to Wendy's because I know how they treat me with respect and my food is hot and fresh always clean the lobby was tore up at McDonald's there was wet water over the floors everywhere I had to tell my wife please be careful you don't fall because that's all I need in this store there was trash everywhere the parking lot was dirty I thought we had better standards working for McDonald's but I guess since it's a Young Generation now everything went to hell no respect no greetings no cleanliness instead of grabbing meet with tongs they grab them with their hands so I see what kind of exhibition it is now and I've been going there for the past three years but I go through drive-thru so now that I finally went inside I'm no longer going to this establishment so-called McDonald's and I'm so sad that I worked from 4 in the morning till 7:30 to come home to get my my kids and three kids something to eat and this is what I had to face...

I have no problems with McD's on Valley Hi. All good hard working people, and clean resteraunt-. I give them all thumbs up for hussling like they do, and giving good service! Keep up the good work. Never give up and remember everyone in the World has a role to play & do. We are all placed where God puts us, and blessed us with. God hears everyone's prayers! You workers are working for Jesus. Jesus is your provider and your healer. You work for the Father up above. You must take your paychecks and thank Jesus for providing you a job. Don't matter how mean people are to you all. You just kill them with kindness and bless them well to their next destination and let God deal with those who are rude and corrupted. God doesn't like "UGLY". Veangence belongeth to God. God sees and knows EVERYTHING! HE RECORDS EVERYTHING IN THE BOOK OF LIFE! NO, KIDDING. HE really, really does. So, God watches you too. So, be careful what you say and do. Even if you think it or feel like being UGLY in your heart in private by keeping it in. God will know. He hears and knows. So, yeah, lol be careful. Do right always, and God will bless you. Always pray and you will see how God will change your life. This is for anyone who wants to take my advice. You don't have to. But, by my experience I've seen the miracles that God blessed me with. Prayer works, but be careful what you pray for. If you pray something UGLY. It will fall back on you. The devil is real also. The devil NEVER sleeps, and what UGLY things you pray, the devil will hear and run with it, but it will fall back on you. Just don't blame God if it does.. God never will do anything to harm you, but the devil will. LIFE is too short to be angry and hate. If you have hate for a person. God sees that as murdering, and that alone is a sin. So, shush, and be humble and kind. It's never too late to accept Jesus. Invite Him into your heart as Lord and Savior and repent of all your sins.. And EVERYTHING will fall into place. I used to like this particular location because the food was always fresh and faster than the other location just 2 miles from this one. Over time, this place has continuously disappointed me. Today, through the drive thru, I ordered a "special" double quarter pounder combo (#3) and two hot and spicy sandwiches. From the moment I got in the line, till the moment I grabbed my food from the employee and left, it took 42 minutes. The drive thru wasn't even busy I only had one car in front of me at the video prompt, while the other lane had two cars behind it at the video prompt. They didn't have many people inside being serviced, as there wasn't any line and had one cashier tending at the counter; this was also the case for the drive thru as only the second window was operational. Despite it being not very busy, the wait time has become average. Most of the time, even during peak times, I've timed myself with a minimum of 35 minute service time. After leaving and arriving at my destination to eat my food (which was 3 blocks away, 2 minute drive at best), my special request burger was not made correctly and at moderate temperature; while the fries were cool, not cold. I've attempted to allow the service at this location and crew to show its ability to improve, in my own experiences in the past 7 months, I've yet to see any momentum. The question I've come to ask myself is, "When did the 'home of America's fries ' become a mediocre dining restaurant?" Im expecting fast food, not "sit down dining speed" at the drive thru. My food wasn't fast or fresh, and I left with it in a bag to eat it elsewhere. I'm reminded that my business and services rendered are definitely better at many other competitors, for...
