McDonald's — Restaurant in San Antonio

This McDonald's here on commerce was a disgrace of ignorance.The manager that denied my family the right to good customer services name is Kimberly. Our order was $51.00.....and change. We ordered 8 triple meat burgers and some extras. So when got home and we started to eat. I saw the sizes of triples in hand. Then I informed my husband that spoke to this manager and she straight up said the triple's are only doubles with 3 cheese only!!!! never have I ever felt so dismissed and I am beyond dissatisfied. I understand mistakes happen but, when u replace ur response with pure rudeness. That is clearly uncalled for. Ms. Kimberly I'm a hard-working person. And it absolutely sucks that my family and I haven't ate out recently and of all times. Yes I hope u get the re-training u strongly need or even an employee status change. Since ur a manager and all.....but, maybe this is clear sign u r not ready to lead anyone. My husband called this location and was not rude to u and u stooped so low to speak to him and deny my voice, deny my right to receive good polite service. **The option to go back and fix the scenario was not presented until I called and asked for Manager's name. Went to this location, ordered a 10pc nugget meal large with a drp. Then I ordered a Double Homestyle meal large with a DIET coke! I asked for my drinks since counter serves their drinks from the drive-thru instead of the self-service beverage machine. (Probably to control cost of sodas and ensure people dont waste refills as well as ensuring the homeless dont get free sodas. Either way, the counter person got my drinks and handed me a regular coke. When i looked at tye reciept it said regular coke but thats is not what i asked for. So when i asked him to correct it to diet he decided to cop an attitude about. I am diabetic, i know what the heck i ordered! Oh also the register person rings me up for a daily double.. Speed of getting your food lets just say you might as well go to Texas Roadhouse and order a full on meal!! You will get your food faster then a FAST FOOD RESTURANT!! Plus your food will be fresher and hotter!!! This location at this point in time SUCKS!!! Also the manager on duty doesnt care about the customers or a complaint or anything. He just sticks himself in a runners position as the store is going to hell in a hand basket!!! DO BETTER...

Very bad experience. Never order here at night. Very inattentive to orders and sloppy and rude manager. We ordered two Grand Macs and they asked if it was the meal or just the burger as well as a mighty kids meal and a few other things. We said the meal with both being large and they repeated it and at the window. We get home and they still forgot the two large fries with the Grand Macs. I called and the manager answered. I told I'm that we were still missing two fries and a large drink. He said if they repeated at the window. We said yes. Then starts getting an attitude and said it was our fault. I told him how if they repeated the order and still forgot some items. He keeps insisting that it was our fault because we said yes when repeated. I told him how if what we said yes to wasn't included. Then he said that the Grand Macs were just the burger and not meals. I said then how did we get the drinks. I have to talk to higher management. Not because of meal mistake, but for needing a better attitude. Sounded like he was trying to talk hood. No class. You don't argue with a customer. You need to have a calm mindset.
