So, a few weeks ago we put in a mobile curbside order and it was 2 of the 40 piece(which comes out to 80), 2 basket of fries, and a classic quarter pounder pack(which was 2 med fries, 2 quarter pounders, and a 20 piece). Before we took off we noticed we were missing nuggets and a basket of fries. Someone came out and after explaining we should have 100 nuggets total and had only 60 and also missing a basket of fries, we thought everything was figured out and the girl brought us a 6piece and a basket of fries. We tried to get their attention and they ignored us, we tried calling and they were ignoring us, so we waited. A big girl that had a grey shirt on (possibly manager) was also ignoring us and her and the girl that can't count were talking mess(we could literally hear through the door). After like 30 minutes or so a guy in all black came out and we explained our order and what was missing, so the guy asked for our bags and they counted the boxes on the counter just to see that i was missing nuggets still. Luckily thanks to that guy, we got our full order and fed everyone since we literally calculated how much food we needed that is why we ordered the way we did. A few days later, my husband went to buy something through drive thru and the girl that can not count messed up his order and luckily it got fixed, but the girl was mad when she saw my husband probably because she remembered our ordeal. Honestly, if you do not know basic math(like counting) there is not reason to be working at an establishment that uses it all the time. I used to like going to this Mcdonald's, but the bad service they give is just awful. I hope to see new employees that can count and pay attention to detail so orders can be more accurate. To the girl that can't count and the big girl who looked like a manager, Do BETTER! You get paid to serve good food and give great customer service. I have worked in the customer service industry myself and I can say I had my fair share or rude customers and customers that need assistance. I NEVER talked down or about a customer while on shift or to my co workers. If you are not happy with your job then go somewhere else or stay home. You are an adult! Grow up and do your job...if I was not rude to you at least take the time to help me and hear me out. Now if you have a rude customer, learn to handle that professionally, and if you are stressed take a minute or 2 and drink some water so you can calm down and get your head straight. Pre made my ice cream and didn’t ask them to leaving it there to melt and refused to give me a new one offered would you like it in a cup ? Being disrespectful , I wasn’t sure if it was a manager but most likely!
so I was owen another ice cream because early in the same day I had bought one but never receive it
when I went to Marbach they said I can get my ice cream from “ anywhere “ that ,
“ that they can give me my ice cream I bought earlier “
to mention that they owe you a ice cream cone that just tell them I spoke to them and give them the receipt ,
my previous experience at McDonald’s they would credit them as long as they have the receipt even if it was from another McDonald’s!
they said no one said they called about a ice cream cone ! So when I re called the manager that I spoke to earlier on Marbach #6280
it was a new manager and said they can’t all of a sudden !
These people lie to you just so they don’t have to put in the tedious extra work there job requires them to do !

Staff wasn’t on the same page / unorganized
Being rude and couldn’t re make me a new ice cream
Didn’t give me my drink I ordered
And never gave me the receipt!

Read moreI normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it was worth sharing. When I placed my order, the employee was very short with me—she never asked for size, drinks, or sauces, and kept cutting me off with “and what else” before I could finish. The order never showed on the screen, and she didn’t repeat it back—just told me to drive forward.
At the first window, she walked away without saying anything, so I sat waiting until I eventually noticed someone wave me toward the next window. At that window, the same thing happened—I was left waiting again before I could finally pay. Then I was told to pull to a third window, where I sat from 10:25 to 10:50 PM. Around 10:45, I actually had to call the store to make sure I hadn’t been forgotten. I was told it was because of a “shift change,” but I don’t believe that was the full story—especially since when I finally did get my food, it was cold.
No drive-thru should take 30 minutes, especially not for cold food. I would have gone back through to ask them to fix it, but I didn’t want to wait...
