THE KIOSK IS NOT WORKING HAD TWO SPANISH SPEAKING CREWMEMBERS BOTH BEING FUNNY COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THE CREWMEMBER WOMAN WALK OFF WITH ATTITUDE TELLING THE OTHER CREWMEMBER SPANISH GUY WAVING HER HANDS AT ME. SHE WENT GOT A MANAGER I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH THIS MANAGER REFUSING TO PUT EXTRA MUSTARD ON MY BURGER TELLING MY WIFE THAT IS EXTRA MUSTARD NOPE IT IS NOT. WAS ORDER BREAKFAST THIS BLACK MANAGER WHY DID SHE HAVE ATTITUDE HER EXCUSE DOESN'T KNOW ENGLISH..WALKING OFF WITH ATTITUDE..THE BLACK MANAGER WANT LISTEN I NEED THE GENERAL MANAGER I NEED BETTER SERVICE FROM...

AVOID THIS PLACE! My wife and I stopped today at 8AM. We passed by on our trip to the Rio Grande Valley, we stopped for coffee and biscuit and to use the restroom. The male restroom was opened but the female restroom was locked. My wife asked if it could be unlocked and one of the workers said "yes" that they would press the button that opens the restroom. My wife waited and the restroom door did not open. She went back to the counter and there were now two different workers at the counter just talking to each other, just gossiping. She asked for the restroom door to be open and they told her that she needed to order first and then they would unlock the female restroom. My wife said that she would order after going to the restroom because she needed to go. They told her that it was their policy that only paying customers could use their restroom. My wife said "OK, I'll order first then, take my order." The two workers told her that she needed to order using the self order machine. At this point we decided to leave. Those two workers were african american, and I only say this because both of them did not have name tags to identify them. Worst experience at this...

If I could leave a Zero I would, this location is trash.. down to the quality of food, employees and customer service. Their manager is so unprofessional ( the one with the heavy Mexican accent) she threw my order at me and slammed the drive through window. The Hispanic young man in the drive through window SARCASTIC, then he came to our car when they asked us to park in a space off to the side.. he basically told my husband next time we had an issue we could solve it outside. Seriously was that a threat?!?! People it’s not that hard to prepare the iced coffee, NO LIQUID SUGAR ADD 4 SPLENDA.. it’s really not that complicated. I do appreciate Sharonda a manager at the Austin Highway location, she apologized on the Rittiman locations behalf and replaced our order there. Then today I had a 15 minute break before a corporate Teams Meeting so I figured I’d drive under the freeway to their location, I ordered a double cheeseburger, add mayonnaise, I didn’t expect the whole bottle to be poured in the burger, it says add mayo, not EXTRA MAYO. I really hope Acosta sees this and addresses the issue because...
