I was really excited about this place because it's not terribly out of the way and, bonus for cold days with children, it has an indoor play place. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Aesthetically, this is a really nice McDonald's. The inside dining area looks fresh and updated and is bright. The play place also looked updated and had plenty of dining space to accommodate more people who may have brought their children to play. The dining here was also wheelchair accessible, which was a nice bonus. However, that's where the positives stop. We were immediately assaulted with a foul stench upon entering the area of the restaurant with the play place. I heard another parent refer to it as smelling like an iguana's tank. Needless to say, it was not appetizing. In addition to this foul smelling area, there was another foul occurrence. I literally watched as an employee left the bathroom in the play place area with his glove still on. Furthermore, he proceeded to blatantly adjust himself and continue on cleaning the restaurant with that same glove on. To be fair, I don't know if he is ever involved in food preparation. Regardless, that still left an extremely foul taste in my mouth. To add insult to injury, the restaurant wasn't even able to correctly prepare a very simple order for myself. They fixed it no problem, but it was still made in error. I wouldn't recommend eating a huge meal here but the convenience of the play place makes it tempting to buy prepackaged food. I do hope that someone sees this and has a refresher course on food safety and proper hygiene. My chil had fun though, so there is that.

This restaurant now requires every customer to order at a kiosk, whether they want to and/are able to or not. I expressly said I didn’t want to, and the employees told me I had to because the manager was moving everyone to the kiosks. At my staunch insistence, they relented and said I could do it at the register, but they made it obvious that they didn’t want me to do it. So I went to the kiosk to demonstrate how ridiculous this new policy is. Not only did the machine have trouble reading my code, it also isn’t formatted so that out of stock items are moved to the bottom of the category list. It took SO long to order at the kiosk, and I didn’t even get a discount for doing the employees’ job. Despite being a millennial, I do NOT like tech and do not want the world to run on tech without human interaction. It is beyond unnecessary the policy this restaurant is implementing. Chick-fil-A can manage to take orders in person, be super nice while doing it, AND get my order right every. single. time. Boycott McDonald’s until they fix this nonsense. I’ll support Burger King or Whtaburger now. Also, why isn’t there a door to the kids’ area? Some people don’t sit there because they don’t want to hear 10 toddlers running around and screaming.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The manager in the evening is terrible. The drive-thru workers don't even check to make sure the order is correct. We had to go back because they gave us someone else's order. Then they told us if we could wait so they can remake our order. That was fine, but not even an apology or acknowledgement they messed up. We finally get home and this is what they call their Spicy chicken deluxe. Also, the fries were cold and hard. They didn't even make those fresh. This will be the last time we go to this McDonald's.

If poor customer service is indicative of what it is like to work at this location, then please stay away. We dropped in to pick up some nuggets, fries and a couple of sweet treats. We ordered in the drive thru and preceded to pay. Once we got to the pick-up window, we were handed our drinks and were told to park, and they would bring out our order. I respectfully declined and said I would wait as my order was simply nuggets and fries plus there was already a truck in front of me at a waiting window. I was told the fries were not ready yet and again I respectfully said I understood but that I would wait. The young guy told me then that I HAD to move to which I respectfully asked for the manager. When the manager showed up, I explained to him that I understood the fries were still not ready but that I would wait, to which he said I had to move. We went back and forth a few times and I again respectfully told him that I understand what McDonalds is trying to do by making people move to improve their waiting time traffic numbers but that I would simply just wait for my order. As he was shutting the window, he referred to me as a stupid a-hole to his employee and came back and said he would just give me my money back. I declined and simply said, “No thank you, I would just like what I paid for, and we'll be on our way.” Mind you now, I can see people putting fries in the containers. After a few minutes, the manager comes back with cash in his hand and says, here's your money, to which I let him know, the fries appear to be ready and I would simply like my order and be on my way to which he said, if I didn't leave, he would call the police. I could not believe the attitude and lack of understanding from this manager. By now roughly 5 minutes had gone by. I don't understand how difficult it would have been for them to have just given me my nuggets and fries, seriously. I finally told the manager that I would just take my money back and returned the 2 sweet treats they had prepared as we don't take what we don't pay for.

I want and need everyone to understand that I know the premise behind McDonalds wanting to move traffic along, but if there is an efficiency issue internally, then the waiting times need to be accurately noted so that improvements can be made, I mean after all it is fast food. Furthermore, the unprofessionalism of this manager sets a bad example for the youth in the store. They will learn from his behaviors, and it will impact them in their future career choices. If the franchise owner would like to contact me, I have the receipts and would be willing to discuss it further. Aside from that, I will never return to...

This store is famous for not having fresh food and rude employees. Our recent visit this morning was no different. We ordered off the app got one of the deals for breakfast. Then used our points for a free item. At the speaker they didn't explain they both can be used. Then get to the window the employee was not communicating correctly. So the manager was called. He explained rudely that they both can't be used. However the app took the point for the free item and gave a code for the deal. So the manager gets agitated because at first he was explaining it correctly. We thought we were not making it clear what we did so we reexplained. Then we cleared it up and he was rushing us for payment we were getting it and he basically asked us to leave he said I have a big line we get in trouble for long wait times. We were like we want our food hang on we are getting the payment. He asked us to pull forward then. So we did we waited for a minute no one came out. So my sister went in. The manager would not assist kept motioning to hold on but kept assisting customers at the window. Other employees tried to help her but manager told them hold on. There was an employee that was already at the window taking care of customers but the manager took over. So my sister canceled the order and left. I understand as a manager of a restaurant myself that wait times count at the counter in the drive thru. However customer service should always be first wait time should not become priority over being courteous to your customer. As a manager you should be setting the bar for your employees on customer service . I should never know your loosing your cool cause your frustrated. A manager is supposed to be professional. This is why I always travel to the other McDonald's but my sister went here cause it's closer. Never again will I go to this location no wonder it has a...
