We used to love coming here all the time, as they really do still have great products. The drinks are delicious, the donuts are fabulous and the rice hotdogs are delicious. However, the service / policies they have unfortunately are not the best and they exercise them inconsistently. Previously, they are accommodating for drink adjustments. In the past, they have allowed us to get a strawberry lemon tea half sugar multiple times. My latest visit however, they allowed me to purchase the drink and rang it up as half sugar but then told me as I was waiting that they canât adjust the sweetness and wouldnât make the drink for us because âthe lemon is too tartâ. I understand that this is their policy and is not on fault to the worker. But it is disappointing that we were told one thing, allowed to pay, and then told another thing after a 15 minute wait. Especially considering that I have been able to order this drink 5+ times before in the past at this location. They should make sure their policies are being enforced consistently to not allow patrons to be disappointed over drinks they have ordered and enjoyed...
Read moreAlright drinks , however the worker is very rude and said boba is an additional charge in a nasty tone after he made my drink. I asked if I could pay for the boba and they could add it in since it was my mistake, then they responded with we could put it on the side and I add it myself⌠I find that kind of dumb because then I would have to unseal my drink ⌠and have it unsealed and possibly spilled everywhere when they couldâve just done it for me, so I just decided not to. Both of them then decided to comment on how there is a sign but ânobodyâ reads it. Maybe it makes sense you would expect a boba drink to already have boba. Just unnecessary and confusing. Their attitude was rude when I treated them nicely so I commented about it and as I walked out they said have a nice day !! In a really fake condescending tone. Why be a boba tea shop and charge extra for boba anyway...
Read moreWas excited to try Mochinut here after just having it in Los Angeles a few weeks ago. I came here two different times in a week and was glad to see a nice rotation of mochinuts. Both times there were a few people in line, but it moved quickly. Each time, ordered each of the six different flavors. The mochinut orders were ready quickly since they already made, but the drink and food orders were taking about 10-15 minutes.
The mochinuts were very consistent from the Los Angeles location, but also with each visit. They are similar to doughnuts, but don't expect a traditional doughnut as the mochi gives it a different taste. The mochinuts were all freshly made and very soft. With the flavors, you could taste it, but they weren't overwhelming or artificially tasting. Nice place to come for a fresh and different twist on a...
